Navarious Rosser Operations Supervisor is AMAZING here at the Fairfield by Marriott||Yesterday, I arrived too this location in style, I came with what was my missing Mercedes-Benz which is a Honda root beer color. I had just got dropped off to a property where my vehicle was located but the keys were not available for me. |I was not sure what I was able to do for sleep as the person at the property did not have full access to all of my belongings immediately.||Being a savvy traveler, I called 800-MARRIOTT to get an immediate reservation.||The Marriott brand allowed me to sort through some personal issues at their property, and this location at: Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Peachtree City (was that location that I agreed to go to)||Not sure what I would experience after getting some gas at a nearby gas station that has a donut shop also right by it. ||Was I expecting to have some Rest and Relaxation? ||Yes, and housekeeping even knew it.||I wanted to jump start on my chores for my room, so I brought my own linens which I perfectly made sure did not cause dye stains to this hotel’s perfectly white sheets.||It is very hard to keep very white sheets very white, but here at 295 Highway 74 North Peachtree City, GA 30269, the sheets and towels are so white that you can tell that the entire staff is supernatural. Only supernatural people can do perfect laundry because who else can keep whites so bright.||I decided to check in, and the staff greeted me with kindness. The check-in process varies as some people will need to be charged $20 for an incidental hold and others $70 for using a bank card of their choosing. ||The choice to use debit or credit cards is solely up to you. If you can, try to get some coins from your bank or some singles just in case your reservation stay is long enough to do some laundry.||I was told that coins for laundry can be purchased but it is good to be prepared anyway, because if a large convention or conference comes to town you may never know if the front desk has enough coins in advance based on how many loads each guest will do laundry for (washer, dryers or both); which is about $1.50 per load, this is six quarters (per load that can be adjusted if the dryer allows for extra minutes, generally this is 15 minutes per quarter. ||My check in process was amazing, so I did not know what other great things to expect.||Persons with disabilities, impairments and impediments are allowed to get special VIP styled rooms on floors one, two and three.||What makes having an impediment special enough to be a VIP, because you are a very important person and very important professional. We are special if acknowledged as VIPs or not, so the audio and visual styled rooms are intended to assist you and ensure you enjoy your stay (which can be modified based on availability or your schedules).||Good thing about this location of 295 Highway 74 North Peachtree City, GA 30269, you are welcomed and treated with respect and warm loving embraces by the entire staff and guests.||I am having so much fun meeting the staff I called someone gorgeous and just met two beautiful ladies from housekeeping. I enjoyed both of the ladies tender responses, as I put them on the spot, and they blushed in their own ways.||My first goals here were to ask as many questions, and start the TripAdvisor review process and I did just that.||I love it when things flow nice and beverages, which are provided with a small amount of citrus is located adjacent to the front reception area. The temperature was perfect, and yes if you want a sweet to go with it ask the front reception team if you can purchase something from their market for a nominal price.||The entire property is very lovely including great amenities like a gym (with fresh water), an outdoor pool (with restricted access for guests) and the best thing ever a HOT breakfast that may allow you to get seconds if there is not a morning rush. ||During rushes, sometimes we should be mindful that it may take the staff time to replenish so less may be best, and wait to see if the staff that oversees that area is about to restock and replenish as needed.||There are ample places to park and a pizzeria (Mellow Mushroom) is in walking distance located on the other side of the parking lot.||If you have any other specific interests or questions please ask Navarious Rosser Operations Supervisor or another team member at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Peachtree City located at: 295 Highway 74 North Peachtree City, GA 30269

I need very few things when I stay at a hotel. I lived in hotels for years while traveling, only stopping at home a couple times a month. The main thing I need is hot water and a good bed. But hot water is absolutely essential. The water here was so cold I was shivering when I left the shower. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would move me to another room the next day. I checked in when I returned from meetings and they gave me a new room where they were sure the water was hot. I moved and found the water still cold. Not warm but just slightly warmer than the coldest water. I checked with 2 other colleagues and they had the same issue with the hotel. I called the main office and they literally hung up on me. I would rather camp in a tent by the highway than stay here ever again.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for four days. We are from New Hanmpahsire. | Melanie, the hotel manager, was outstading during our entire stay. She was always dependable, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Barbara, the breakfast attendant was efficient, friendly and courteous. Both of the employees are a credit to the hotel.

The staff seemed great, but be forewarned this property has limited parking and both nights we stayed there was no parking after 11PM which was extremely frustrating. They really need to start issuing passes because there is an adjacent restaurant and when people park U-Hauls or other large vehicles it exacerbates the problem. The night staff didn't seem too concerned which is frustrating when it's late and you can't find a parking spot. For this reason alone, I won't stay at this property again.

Was everything sufficient parking available on site; you had a little kiosk at the reception. Not all days you got over the days coffee. And had to change once the room due the tv was not working. But that went well

This is a nice property with a friendly staff. It’s clean and in a great location. The problem is the pool maintenance. I’ve Ben here from May through July and the pool has never been usable. Murky, dirty water with water bugs swimming around. There is old, rotted patio chairs and no tables, umbrellas or loungers. The outdoor shower leaks down the wall and for most of my stay the underbrush from the wild area adjacent to the pool was growing through the fence. It’s a well built pool just lack of concern from a management position. The Hilton and Hampton hotels in close proximity both have beautiful clean, usable pools.

I want to Thank everyone on the Staff, they were very helpful went above and beyond and so friendly… Barb the lady serving breakfast was a 20 she was very friendly helpful and just awesome!!!! We will definitely be staying here again ..

Front desk needs to be manned far more than it is. Front desk staff need to be empowered to make service related decisions in real time. We asked for a $4.00 charge to be waived as we needed bottled water when the front desk complimentary water ran out but this opportunity to make a customer happy, was refused. We had a confirmed reservation for a King Size room but were given a Queen bedroom; too tired to ask Receptionist to switch rooms for us so we made do with the Queen beds. Shower curtain a tad short to keep water from flooding the bathroom floor. There was a "fire alarm" (which turned out to be a false alarm) but you could dramatically improve the safety of all guests by installing some kind of public address on each floor to tell guests the nature of the emergency and to vacate rooms, avoid using the elevators and gather in the forecourt until after the fire fighters had given the all clear. Lots of room for improvement at this establishment.
