I arrived after paying online when checking in I was told to run my card again by a very rude female. I explained to her the funds were already deducted off my card no need to pay twice. She told me I would have to pay twice and then I would get one of the payments back in 5 to ten days. I was shown a room with a retirement party and DJ adjoining what would have been my room which wouldn't have been over till 10. I canceled my reservation and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst experience ever. I called in advance because I had a late flight. I walked in and the guy immediately said "We don't have no rooms". I told him that I called in advance and had prepaid for my rooms. He told me that the housekeeping didn't show up and he didn't have clean rooms and they should've called me. He found me one, the whole time the TV didn't work and I told Comcast knew about it but what about telling me? The internet was spotty and I came there to work. The He-She at the front desk was ugly inside and out. I'm never staying there again!

I am very disappointed the way that my very well behaved and very well trained Emotional Support Animal was charged a $200.00 fee for staying there. After I told the front desk he's not a pet. They told me to show proof in which I did and they still did not refund me my $200.00 THIS IS NOT A SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FRIENDLY HOTEL. AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I, MY FAMILY, EXTENDED FAMILY, FRIENDS OR EVEN MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS WILL NOT I REPEAT NOT BE BOOKING ANY MORE RESERVATIONS WITH THEM. AND I WARN EVERYONE WHO HAS A SERVICE OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL NOT TO EITHER ! MORE NEGATIVE SERVICE AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL REVIEWS COMING. I PROMISE!

Room was big and clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. Dipped way down when I sat on it. Mattress might need replacing. Lady doing breakfast was very nice and the breakfast selection was good. More than a little slim on what you could get from the vending and small store next to the reception desk. Location is fantastic though! Very convenient.

We chose this hotel due to the location being close to the family we were visiting and the fact that we are Choice members.|Check in was seamless and the room was great and in a quiet area of the hotel. However, the parking was awful. A large FedEx truck was taking up about 6 spots in the way it was parked and didn't have an overflow lot or anywhere to park a small semi truck & trailer. We weren't allowed to use the adjacent parking lot because "it belonged to the church".||We booked several months in advance for our 3 nights, a Sunday -Wednesday. Early in the morning on Tuesday {-well, before check out time-} of what would've been our 3rd day (we had already stayed 2 of our 3 nights) we had to check out unexpectedly.||The manager/ owner's wife? I don't know who she was exactly, as she never introduced herself- proceeded to tell me she would have to still charge me for the 3rd night because of the "cancellation policy". I wasn't cancelling anything, we had something come up and we had to leave a day early. She tried to go round and round with me on this. I used to work for a Choice property for almost 9 years, so I know most of the in's and out's of the industry and what was up to Front Desk agent's discretion.||Finally my husband came inquiring on the "cancellation charge", she begrudgingly agreed to check us out and "refund us" for the last night. Apparently, her hotel doesn't do authorizations at check in, charges only. But to each their own.||Being a Choice Member you're supposed to have special concessions in place like this- i.e.: early check in, late check outs etc. She was quite rude and unprofessional over us having to leave a day early, which was completely out of our control.||If I had to number rate this hotel, because of her rudeness and the parking issues, I would have to give a 2 out of 5. The shower was hot and we got great rest. That's the only positives I can give.

I have been staying at this hotel issue January of 2024 because myself, my two grandchildren and daughter are homeless. There was a letter placed under my room door saying that someone had been smoking weed, putting trash in front of my door, as well as there were to many people in a one king size room. I don’t smoke weed, my daughter doesn’t smoke weed, nor do we put trash outside. We were put out the room. Over all it’s a nice place but you have to be careful of what other people think of you as well as people My lie on you. There are a few other people who live at this hotel. There is a lady who makes breakfast is nosey, she picks your brain and talks about your business to other guest.

Positive: Breakfast and location were good. Negative: Rough, busted room, cracks and holes everywhere, the chair had a ton of stains, and I found used toilet paper in the shower! I complained about it the next morning and wanted to cancel my 2nd night (I paid in full), and the front desk lady refused.

Great location...rude staff. Hubs took me on a staycation, could have lodged anywhere...but chose this place bc I saw it a few weeks before as we live in the area and thought it was charming. Staff is rude and non hospitable, will not be returning.
