Delightful Inn with a beautiful room and bath. The dining/living room provides spectacular views of the mountain. Bill's breakfasts are flavorful, imaginative and more than filling - lunch will not be needed. Bill and Nicole are superb innkeepers who look after your every desire.

Nicole and Bill are absolutely the best hosts! 5 star meal,5 star treatment, a must for couples to get away, relax ,and enjoy togetherness. Their meals , are beyond amazing! Deserts, breakfast, and dinner only prepared by a trained chef! The location is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean , and comfortable!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and comfortable room. Incredible hospitality from the moment we pulled up until the moment we left. There is not a detail overlooked anywhere. You will feel so welcomed and taken care of as long as you're there.|And the food, my goodness. We were so full. We are still full! While all the food was fantastic, "green eggs and ham" for breakfast was the best of the best in our opinion. Potatoes at dinner were a close second. |We'll be back!

Great mountain B&B. Small with only 6 rooms; all are nice. Wonderful owners provide excellent, personal, quality service. Views are great. Peaceful and quiet. Cozy and welcoming accommodations. Food was 5 star level. |It was for our wedding anniversary in December so we missed the fall leaf color, but we will catch them in 2025.|Exceptional quality and value.

We had such a nice stay at the Overlook. Both Nicole and Bill work hard to put the guests at ease and ensure their comfort. Nicole’s care and attention to detail, along with Bill’s amazing food made the Overlook Inn a terrific get away. We enjoyed a stay Inn dinner our first evening- cowboy caviar, trout, asparagus, rice timbale and melt in your mouth chocolate dessert. Breakfasts were beautifully presented with several options. Our favorites were the waffles, breakfast croissant, and the veggie wrap. Homemade granola and bread assortments as well!

The Overlook Inn is the best B&B ever! From the breathtaking views to Bill's meals and Nicole's sweet treats, to the occasional bear sighting, this inn has it all. Hiking, apple picking, shopping, wineries are all just minutes away. The location can't be beat. Our favorite room is the great room/dining area. The rustic decor is perfect and the view of the north Georgia mountains is exceptional.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation (planned pre- hurricane) at The Overlook Inn in Chatsworth, GA at the top of the mountain near the Blue Ridge Mountains. The leaves were just beginning to turn and the air was crisp! It was such a nice escape after the craziness of last week. Amazing and tasty breakfast with Bill and Nicole, the awesome Owners of this Inn we have visited for more than 25 years. This place is super clean, romantic, and the new Owners are perfect. We are grateful and feel blessed that they are there. We highly recommend going there! It will be a wonderful experience!
