Located just off the interstate and in an area with other hotels and a variety of restaurant choices. The room was spacious and clean. The customer service was exceptional. Sharon went above and beyond with welcoming conversation and in recommending nearby restaurants and things to do!

I had a really great stay here. Everything was clean and the staff was welcoming especially front desk agent Joice. She made sure any an all of my issues were addressed. All staff even housekeeping had great customer service and was very friendly and welcoming. They all were caring and considerate a true home away from home. Thanks to all especially Mrs.Joice

My stay here was amazing. I arrived late to the location and the staff was amazing. Manny did my check in along with another young lady and the whole transaction went smoothly.

The breakfast was very tasty.

Mama in that kitchen get down on some grits and eggs!!||The staff is very kind and professional. They helped me each time I was in need. I would recommend this Fairfield many times over! When in the greater Atlanta area, check this hotel out! They are top tier!

During my travel to Fla. Pulled into Fairfield Inn.
The staff was very friendly. Greeted me right when I walked through the door.
Informed me of all discounts the Inn offers.
The room rate was great.
The room was very clean.

Ebony was a star. At the end of a long journey to hear your reservation was mishandled on my end not on Marriotts. And has someone as gentle and wonderful as Ebony to talk to the people necessary, walk them through what steps needs to be happening, to seamlessly get me the reservation so that I can come to bed restful, at peace, and feeling a little better knowing that there's an Ebony in the world

I wanted to share how poorly I was treated by both Candy, the general manager and Manny, a night shift employee. They both demonstrated out of control temperaments, lack of empathy and poor consideration of the customer experience. They canceled my reservation when I did not place a new card on file at 6:07pm (I would have if they would have called more than once). When I arrived (at 9:30pm), I was told to rebook at a higher rate. They had the discretion to book at my same rate and they refused to. Manny was very rude. He called Candy on the phone and she was extremely rude, yelling and screaming on the phone when we were not disrespectful in any way. We asked for a policy and that seemed to inflame them; they never could show us one. Manny and Candy need additional training and I hope this message garnishes corporate attention. I am a Platinum member. It is a stain on the Marriott name.
