The location was good as it was near the airport. Elevators were not working so we had to get some exercise in. The stairs needed to be vacuumed. Carpet was very old. Room carpet was just a old with a few stains. Computer chair also had stains. However, mattresses were comfortable as were pillows. Breakfast was nice because it was complimentary. You get to make hit waffles, they also had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg with cheese biscuits in the refrigerator, yogurt, orange juice and a little cereal. Customer service was always available. We had two rooms next to each other. Both rooms also came with coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves which really came in handy for our family of 6.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is highly unreliable and a poor choice for accommodations. My sister-in-law and I called one of their sister hotels to book a room, as they were fully booked. They assured us a room was available at this location, gave us the hotel’s phone number, and confirmed a free ferry would be running until 1 AM. However, after waiting at the airport for the ferry, it never arrived.

We tried calling the hotel repeatedly—over 100 times—with no answer. Since they had already charged our credit card for the night, we decided to take an Uber to the hotel despite our concerns. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, and we had to knock on a closed door until someone finally appeared. We called the hotel again in front of the staff, showing that no one had answered, and it seemed like their phone line was either off or completely ignored.

To make matters worse, the front desk associate informed us that the ferry only runs until 11 PM, not 1 AM as we were told, meaning we had unnecessarily waited outside for hours. He also neglected to mention that breakfast was available until 9 AM. The lack of communication throughout the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.

As for the hotel itself, the rooms were in poor condition. The elevator smelled bad, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the bathroom was dirty. Overall, this experience was frustrating, misleading, and disappointing. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel!

I was generous giving the room 2-stars, only bc the beds were comfortable for the night. Other than that, bare bones services, room key stopped working 12 hours later and had to get it reset after having minimal breakfast.

Although location was perfect. Room had a muggy smell. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed and they had 1 new toilet paper roll and 1 half gone. House keeping didn’t bring clean towels or replenish the toilet paper after requesting the items. We were there for a total of 5 days.

I don't know what people saw when they rated this place five stars. Multiple websites have this place with an overall rating of over 3.5 stars. The parking lot was trashed. We even saw prescription pill bottles in the parking lot. The reception desk was dark, dungy, smelly, and not clean. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart. The toilet in our room didn't feel secure at all. The TV didn't work and the pictures on their websites don't match what the room looks like when you walk in. I would have felt better sleeping in a box!!

I am not quite sure as to what some people expect for a 2 star hotel and only for $60. This hotel is in need of some TLC but our room was very clean with no issues at all. Shower worked fine with good hot water. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I have stayed in far worse hotels and this hotel is definitely not one of them with lots of very unfair reviews. It did the job for one night and had all working facilities. It was safe and the staff were accommodating.

There was no remote for tv, and I was told the room was for sleeping. Toilet was very low to the ground (child height)
