Beds are comfortable pillows are great and better bfast than most. Staff was super accommodating and so very nice and made you feel important. A couple employees really stood out and you can tell they love their job. They go over and beyond. Always feel safe and like your staying with family.

We stayed at this property again for the Alabama vs Georgia game. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is older but clean with cute decor inside. The General Manager Huey is professionals and helpful. He took care of a billing isse a 10 days after our stay even though it required some extra effort. The hot and fresh breakfast is included. The location is 10 minutes from UA. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We recommend this Best Western property and will see the staff again.

Here for employment for the Mercedes. Google this hotel nice reviews so I decided to book here. Genesis checked me in and she was so sweet. The room 118 is a pet friendly room and Mary girl dog love the room too. Next time we have to bring Abigail my other dog. Breakfast closes at 9 I am used to staying in Ramada in Laura Mississippi they breakfast closes at 10 I missed the good breakfast today but will be there in morning… thanks for taking care me and my pets will feel safe here ||Kawaii

We weren't real sure we wanted to take a chance on this place because we had had a bad experience with a Sure Stay location before. This one, however, was nicer than the last one. The location was very good. It was right off the highway and right back on the highway, so very little confusion as to where the property was. It is also a safe location with a lot of other hotels around. The room was clean and slightly updated. Our window was broken and had tape on it as a repair and was very dirty. The room had a musty smell from the air conditioning unit. It wasn't as bad as some of the hotels we have stayed at in Florida, but it was still noticeable. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The shower was fine, but the tub had a weak spot in it. Also, the faucet in the tub didn't work properly. You had to finagle to make it work. The people at the desk were very nice and accommodating.They helped us with everything we needed help with. The breakfast was a disappointment. The food they did have was fine. They had sausage patties, bacon and potatoes. There was a small crock pot of sausage gravy, but there were no biscuits, and there were no eggs. Also, there was only three pieces of white bread for toast. The nice service, comfortable bed and the location make this the perfect one night stay location. I would not recommend it as a place to set up camp for a few days.

I must say that whenever I need a get away spot Sure Stqy is the place to go. From amazing customer service to nice clean rooms. The staff is awesome and Huey helps you with all your needs and concerns. I love the renovation that they have made to the building. It feel like home away from home. If you’re in town stop by and check them out. I promise you want be disappointed.

Their is no place like home, but life sometimes happens. The Staff at SureStay off i-20 completely turned things around for my family making their hotel our temporary home due to circumstances beyond our control. The on-site manager Huey was amazing for accommodating my family which includes my toddler son (terrible two) status... Lol making us feel like family we couldn't have been treated better by Huey and his stafF. The environment well we couldn't have asked for a better one honestly as closer to home as if gets to home. The breakfast was above par for any hotel in it's class the rooms were remarkably clean and remodeled presenting updated appliances, fixtures, flooring linens etc. Huey really does set the stage holding all of his staff to an elevated standard of conduct which reflects in the quality of your stay. Attracting quality guest and providing the comforts of home we found ourselves with no other options of lodging in the area due to the attentive nature of all the staff here at the SureStay hotel located a sidewalk distance from one of my families favorite The Cracker Barrel off i-20.

5 of our 6 towels had stains, paint was a disaster, bathroom door was basically useless as it had huge gaps in the sides (poorly done “renovation”), hair on the sheets. Very poor cleanliness throughout. Two other guests came to the front desk for new towels in just the time checking in. On the bright side it was quiet and breakfast was good, just needs serious cleanliness help.
