My kids and I love this restaurant. It's convenient to our home with great food & service. This last time March 29, I'm taking my daughter out to learn how to order, pay for her food and tip. I asked for two checks twice and got one. When paying the bill I gave our waitress a $20 bill and a card. Why did this woman charge my card then told me the $20 was her tip. The bill was only $50 & you decide to manipulate the act of claiming the tip instead of applying the cash to the bill. Then you ruined the experience of what I was teaching my daughter. Thanks for nothing

I paid $4 for these 2 cups of guacamole... The salsa comes with the order...
I wasn't informed that I'd only get one bag of chips unless I paid more. but I guess if you sit in to eat that doesn't matter unless you're charging people per bowl of chips. This isn't very friendly to the people paying their hard earned money at the only Mexican restaurant in about a 20 mile radius... Just a warning to other people, order the $10 guacamole that you'll still have to pay for extra chips with IDK how much extra but you heard it right. I've never paid that much for guacamole at restaurants that actually have extra chips that come with it.
Had to add this in an edit.. because funnily enough another customer was leaving with take out and seemed very happy and pleased and was spoken to very nicely as I was waiting for my food that was 10 mins late...

I had an amazing experience with two friends and my daughter! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly professional and kind, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared.

The bartender was not only talented but also friendly and engaging, crafting some of the best drinks. Each cocktail was expertly made, perfectly balanced, and full of bold flavors.

If you're looking for a fantastic Mexican restaurant with incredible service, outstanding food, and amazing drinks, this is the place to be. Highly recommend.

When we got in we were welcomed and got seated right away. After having our order taken we were surprised with large serving of food and it tasted as good as it look! Would highly recommend if you're looking for an authentic Hispanic meal.

This is my second time here but first time dinning in. I've been having this craving for Mexican food (no I'm not pregnant) but I've visited 2 other restaurants this week and it was okay... but THIS place was the one to satisfy me. The food is seasoned perfectly. I am happy! The service is great too. I have not had their drinks yet...but I plan on coming back. The photo is the Grande Quesadilla and a side of queso dip.

My server was friendly and nice but as she was new. She also was the bartender it took over 30 minutes to get my drink. Wasn’t asked if everything was okay. Upon Waited hours for my food it had a piece of hair in it. I sent it back. For my new plate even though the plate itself was hot the food was cold. Was overly charged. As I asked to speak with a manager my server told me there was no manager on site to speak with. I will not be returning

Came in on a Sunday Afternoon, very quiet, not busy at all. I was hungry.. already knew what I wanted. Lol
Got the Molcajete w no cheese, guacamole salad, no tortillas, and one hard shell ground beef taco ( I try not to eat too many carbs)
Everything was delicious. Because of the bowl that it comes it, it stays hot!!! I could not even eat it all!! The Nopales were tender as well as all of the meat! The shrimp were cooked to perfection! Not overly seasoned not tough!! I can't wait to eat my leftovers for lunch tomorrow..so much food for 20 bucks!!
The server was very friendly asked me if I needed anything several times! I believe the owner or manager came over and asked me if I was ok.
I love the decor of the restaurant as well. They also have a full bar and a patio !
It's a nice spot that's off in the cut , definitely a hidden jem in Palmetto!

I absolutly love Don Nachos. I have been going for about 5 years now! It is decently priced and you get very good size portions! Even the kids meals could feed an adult! The queso dip is A1! I love it! And above all else the staff is amazing and always so kind! They aim to please! Highly recommend this place!
