If we start from the premise that this is low cost motel, then 3 stars. Unfortunately, these days, a low cost motel cost too much. $80 a night, in this case. The staff couldn't be better. However, management needs to commit to WIPING OUT THE BUGS!

Upon entering, the lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room had a roach on the fridge door when opening.

Black mold, really bad pest issues, no latches on the doors, employee harassment, employee's walking into room without permission during stay, televisions don't work, remotes don't work, dirty bedding, filthy bathrooms without mirrors, bathroom door doesn't close, no lid on toilet, towels look and smell unwashed, tubs and floors uncleaned, brown substance growing on the shower curtain, nowhere to hang nor shelve clothes in closet, employee hospitality was horrendous, no amenities, and absolutely no respect for customer privacy.

This is the worst place 2 ever rent a room at. First off when u enter the motel it smells like mold and the when u walk through the hallway the carpet is dirty and have a smell 2 it. The rooms are nasty and dirty the blankets have holes in them and the sheets are dirty and have stains on them dirt stains and blood stains the look they don't ever wash them the light fixtures the wires are hanging out of them the plug sockets don't work in the rooms the bathroom is filthy the tub have stains and dirt rings around it and the toilets ain't cleaned. I had 2 buy my own sheets cause they don't give u housekeeping u have keep asking them and when u ask them they wanna get al nasty with u. The hotel guest are so nasty and they mouths are terrible they wanna charge u 95 dollars for these nasty rooms it ain't even worth the price then when u ask them 2 go down on the price they get all nasty with u they have false advertisements saying they have breakfast ain't seen that since I been here and it says it has a pool they don't the pool area is surrounded with cats they let the cats sleep in the pool area they leave a window open so they can go in and out of it. This place needs 2 be shut down they don't care about anything but their money they don't put no work into the business this place is terrible I don't recommend this place 2 anyone and don't let them fool u the good ratings comes from there employees the Indians that live here they let them live there free but when u ask about a deal they don't wanna accommodate their guest PLEASE NOBODY EVER RENT AT THIS MOTEL. They need start a petition 2 shut this place down. If I could this hotel wouldn't get any stars they don't deserve any.

Positive: Nothing it was scary Negative: The furniture was all scratched up and looked like it came from an auction the walls had gashes and missing drywall and missing paint. Room looked like a bomb went off in it. No pictures peeling paint, no carpet. Towels in bathroom were stained and nasty. Microwave and fridge never cleaned. Something red covering the freezer inside. Bed was from the 1800’s comforter had burn holes in it. Big computer desk and no chairs at all. Light switch covers broken/ missing as were electrical plugs. Hallway smelled like there was a Jamaican convention in town. Said free breakfast on outside sign but none to be had. Shady people in parking lot not staying at Hotel.

To put it Bluntly the place was an absolute and utter dump!!!!!

11/8/22....I can't say you get what you pay for ($75) because I've been in rooms cheaper than this and were very much cleaner. The only thing good about this stay was the front desk clerk was extremely nice. Now I see why there's a sign that says "No refund after 10 mins of checking in ". As soon as I walked in the side door, the building smelled like weed. There was a bum inside by the stairs smoking and drinking beer but he hurried and left out. First impression was awful. Stairway was nasty, dirty, smelled horrible and floor was sticky. Get to my room, damn near gotta do tricks just to get door open. I was so disgusted and disappointed upon entrance. Room was horrible, no towels, tissue or any amenities. The AC makes a loud and obnoxious noise all night. Gnats were flying around, the furniture looked like it was picked up off the side of the road, walls needed painting and the bathroom was disgusting. The water pressure is low. It was just horrible. The pictures on the website need to be taken down because that's false advertising. And to the manager, please spare me the apology because I've read the other reviews and apparently nothing still hasn't changed. This hotel needs to be closed down.

We had to stay here from Jan.1,2022 till March 29, 2022. while waiting on home to be finished and able to move in. 3 adults and a 7 month old baby. The rooms were decent for the cheapest rate needed for extended amount time. As for the service, house keeping and front desk. It was terrible! Was given 1 roll of toilet paper, every other day for 3 adults. If we asked for more was told to go purchase our self at store. If the key card wouldn't work or accidentally locked it inside room, would be cussed out by the (owner) even being called an offensive name with stupid b4 it. Always paid and on time with rent. No loud or disturbing behavior. Just living till day by day as peaceful as could till home was ready. I in all my years, and myself have worked hotel front desk, seen such an unprofessional owner/employee ever. From attitude at 1st check in to language used in dealing with a situation that was required from them. They did not want to hear anything from you after checking in till next time paying weeks rent or checking out!! And for up keep basic maintenance in room. The bathroom door in ours had a long open screw, very sharp, and sharp end sticking out at the bottom corner for the door stopper. Long nails sticking out of baseboards. Toilets that barely flushed. Low water pressure in shower. Sink that wouldn't drain majority of time. Entrance at door had big open drafts, allowing cold air in. Just what you can only say was a messed up dump.
