I was in town for work and had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and filling, and the location was convenient for my meetings. The staff was professional and welcoming. Will definitely book again for my next business trip!”

Not a stellar stay. Some kid pulled the fire alarm and it went off intermittently for 45 minutes! Fire department NEVER came. Was trapped in the lobby because the elevator was turned off. The next night there was a tornado which knocked the power out. Power was off all morning so I left. I expected to return to clean linens and fresh towels as it as the 4th day of
my stay... I did not. I've stayed at this location before for the proximity to my family. Stayed again this weekend because I thought it would meet my needs. Overall there were just too many minor inconveniences that made this stay just short of miserable for me.

The customer service was great! Let me check in the room early due to the snow. THE ROOM HAD BED BUGS AND ROACHES. After removing the sheets on the bed there were stains on the sheets and mattress cover. They moved us to another room. My Husband and I left our clothes that were on the bed.

Such a great place to stay! The rooms are comfortable, the whole place is clean, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, and I felt completely at home.
