I work out of state and this is my favorite place to stay when in town. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are awesome and always helpful. The location is great because I'm only a few minutes from I-20. The costs of the rooms are very affordable. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great place in the area.

Oh my gosh I have experience some bad conditions I went there and asked the lady if I could see the room to see how it looks because I have heard a lot of bad reviews well let me tell you what inside the motel where the bed was looking okay didn't realize that the rest of the motel was something awful bathroom smelled like BM the whole time me and my husband was there the mildew up on the ceiling in the bathroom made my skin crawl the whole bathroom made my skin crawl as a matter of fact the shower curtain was very black at the bottom where it don't look like it has been washed in 2 years the microwave in the kitchen had so much rust in it that you could not even put your food in it the refrigerator was nasty you didn't even want to put a butter on water in it which I didn't it was very awful this place really needs to be upgraded I was very dissatisfied with this something needs to be done about this motel they can't keep renovating this place out the owner I guess it might have been the wife she had a terrible attitude oh one more thing the towels oh my God they were so stained and had spots all on them they were Brown and they really thought that we were going to use those towels when I mentioned it to the owner the lady about the towels being dingy and nasty she caught her attitude I have never in my life been in such conditions and they thought that we were really going to use those towels and wash rags they should be ashamed of their selves but I guess they're not That's all folks.

I highly don’t recommend this business for people who has kids under 12 years old because apparently they charge extra for infants and one year olds 25 dollars extra, which it doesn’t say that on their policy and my family had to pay 15 dollars for being late and I told them ahead of time that I was going to be late and heading there way to go get the rest of our belonging and due to traffic but the older lady still was not understanding and continued to yell at my husband about the checking time and that we had 30 minutes to get up there, on top of that older lady had woken me up last Friday at 11:16 in the morning waking me up and my kids which they are the ages under 3 years old told me that they charge extra for the second baby a total of 25 dollar extra for him which they aren’t allowed to charge for babies even the owner had told my husband that my son was fine and that we didn’t have nothing to worry about it and they really aren’t supposed to charge me, for me getting the rest of my belonging out my room but the older lady that works there had a problem with it when she doesn’t clean my room ever since we stayed there except that one time she had came by my room which was the Friday 2,2024

Crack pipe found in bathroom,won't allow visitors was told if my boyfriend's son was to come check on him that we would be put out. This place is run by greedy selfish Indians..DO NOT STAY HERE!

It's an old place and not much refurbished. Room needed proper sweeping, dead roach and grasshopper on the floor upon arrival. Food left in refrigerator. Travel-wise, easy access to I-20, and to town center, as well as Piedmont Rockdale Hospital. That was important to me. Serious smoke residue in room. Febreze helped. I would probably not stay again.

Owner are rude and snappy....and extremely nosey. Refused my friend and I a room with two beds because they assumed we were a couple...even after I explained that we weren't they were still adamant on how they do two people per bed....eventually we had to pay more just to get two beds. Price jumped from $75 -$90 just like that

Highly not recommend. These people invaded my privacy by walking into my room with no heads up, threaten to call the police because I wouldn’t let them inside after I’ve just came from lobby to purchase another night they could have given me an heads up they were coming & finally when I was getting ready to leave I could no longer find my computer. When I went back up there I was told it was never found but I carried little bags I put all my belongings in & I can’t find it anywhere so I know for an giving fact that it was last there on they night stand. Let along the dead & alive roaches inside drawers, corners, on top of furniture, even in the area where food goes & the list can go on, rude customer Service, cold water, they do not clean properly (do not walk on floors without socks) I’ve watched the housekeeper attach an DIRTY towel to an broken mop handle and continued to mop without sweeping first, sink was clogged, shower still had hair inside. This place needs to be shut down immediately, I’ve tried to overlook the comments before coming here but that was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Im all about customer service & cleanliness they didn’t have neither.I do not recommend this hotel what so ever
