Check in was easy after reserving a room online. Did not find out about a $50 deposit until I got to the motel. Room was clean and did not smell of smoke *(cigs or reefer) and the mattress was shockingly comfortable! They were also very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay and gave us the same rate. I would stay again. It is convenient to a charge point charging station across the street and restaurants galore in walking distance to the Covington Town center. Also, we saw no bugs!!! 🙌🏾

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THIS PROPERTY IS A DUMP!

I had a terrible experience staying at your hotel this past weekend. My state issued sales tax exemption certificate was not accepted, the bathroom toilet flush handle was broken, there was toilet paper stuffed into the holes in the bathroom walls, the shower water never once got hot, the pool was closed and dirty, the continental breakfast was cheap bagels and bread stuff which is not a continental breakfast, and the toilet seat was extremely loose, which may cause someone to fall and hurt themselves especially if pregnant or an older customer

I will never again stay at a Wyndham Hotel again and you should not either

The only disappointment was the gym and the continental breakfast. The treadmill and the bike didn't work. Staff tried to fix it, but they didn't know how to fix it so it never got fixed during our 4 day stay. If you're not looking to work out, then you wouldn't mind staying here. Have breakfast elsewhere if you're looking for a hot breakfast. Waffle House is walking distance across the street. The room was comfortable, shower had good pressure. Staff was nice. Everything was good, but we would try to find another hotel with a better gym.

So for starters. The quality of the mattress was not good. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. The room was clean yes. They essentially gave you a fitted sheet to sleep on. A flat sheet and one heavier sheet that wouldn't call a blanket . The pillows were flat. I saw one roach. The towels were as stiff as a board. Hardly any soaps or shampoo and conditioner in the room. Room temperature was OK. Thermostat is mounted on the wall. I'm giving this 2 stars because that's all it really deserves. The breakfast lacked big time. Yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, white or wheat bread, bagels....then 2 juices that looked expired, and cuties tangerines that were growing mold. Yeah I wasn't happy at all.

Horrible experience. We got a room and was told to pick between two rooms a smoking or non smoking. That’s all that was asked. Wasn’t even asked how long we were staying or anything. Picked this place because of free breakfast and when we get there the man tells us since we are in the other building that we don’t get breakfast and the people in the other building do because it’s a higher cost. Keep in mind this says “FREE BREAKFAST”! How is someone supposed to know that if they have never even stayed here and your staff doesn’t tell people anything at all? The rooms were disgusting the sheets were covered in every kind of stain on both beds, the bathroom has used matches tucked behind the light switch, overall just disgusting. I worked for Wyndham Hotels and this is just a disgrace and terrible terrible service, we would’ve never allowed this. Complete waste of money and a horrible start to our vacation. Now you know where not to go.

Decided to take a last minute weekend trip to see Mystic Falls with my sister (me 23 & her 16). We chose this place because it was affordable & Less than 10 minutes from the downtown square.

We arrived around 8pm and we did the online check in on the way. Once we arrived just had to pick up hotel keys from the front office.
We stayed on the second floor. The outside of the hotel appeared “sketchy” looking and people were lingering outside when we arrived but our room was nice & clean for the most part! We went straight up to the room. Shower/bathroom area was clean as well. We had a mini fridge & ac was great for the heat. We were only here to stay at night time and gone all day, worked great for us!
Affordable & had good customer service for what we needed.

I needed a hotel for a night last minute for the TVD convention and honestly this was a horrible choice. Luke warm water, noisy bed, dirty shower, leak under the sink, toilet had stains on it, people loitering outside. Good thing we just needed this for one night 🙁

Perfect for a one night stay over. I didn't have any issues but it didn't make me feel safe. I was traveling just me and my 4 yr old son. We checked in at 8 pm and you couldn't enter the lobby there was a window behind the glass. The door have just a small deadbolt. The door moved with the wind. You could hear all the traffic outside. If you will be spending time at the hotel I do not recommend it. However if it is simply to sleep in between adventures it serves the purpose.
