Our cashier was very sweet, even stopped by our table to ask if our meal was good and to remove our baskets. One other person behind the counter was friendly, too. Having said that, I have to express my disappointment with this restaurant. We entered through greasy glass doors to be met by an angry scowl from the employee nearest the door, in response to my smile. We looked at the menu board for a long moment during which no one acknowledged our presence (we were the only customers at the counter). Jokingly, I said "Hi, welcome to Firehouse Subs! What can I get for you?" No one even looked up!
My sandwich was superb, as always, but my husband's had nothing but bread along a quarter of its length. Memo to management: First impressions count!

We normally love our house and they were great when they first opened, but now it is painful to even try to order your sandwich. They never understand what you are asking for. It's definitely something I recommend to order online. But they are always out of something and they always get something wrong. It never fails and my sandwiches are always soggy.

I called and asked if they still had the French dip because I didn't see it online and she said technically no but offered to make it for me anyway. Now that's excellent customer service! I was about to give in and go to Chick-fil-A like my son wanted me to but nothing they have even compares to this French dip. Thank you Danielle!

Shawn was exceptional. He was so friendly and made the day I had so much better. His smile and friendliness was much needed. Kudos to the shift tonight going above and beyond. I got there right before closing and they were awesome to let me order.

Veggie sub veggies were undercooked, had no mushrooms, mustard or Italian dressing. Bitter and bland. Also all the hot sauces bottles were empty.

Although the staff was very friendly and Asst. Manager Dillon was accommodating, 3 of my 4 sandwiches were made wrong unfortunately I wasn't aware until I was home 45 min away. I was told I could receive a refund I just need to connect with district Manager.
