If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. As a former general manager in fast food, I was appalled by the state of the restaurant. Nearly every table was filthy, and the sauce area and counter hadn’t been cleaned in hours. I watched a staff member lean over the food prep area to talk across the line, with her hair dragging across the counter and the food they were preparing. Not a single employee wore a hairnet or had their hair tied back properly for food handling, with hair down to their waists and lower backs.

Our food arrived cold, and the quesadillas weren’t cut. We also didn’t receive the sauces we paid for on two out of three items, and when we asked for them on the side, the staff argued with us. (Needless to say, we never got them.) There seemed to be no management present, as the employees in the back were loud and obnoxious, having a great time while ignoring their responsibilities. I understand they are young, but the atmosphere was shockingly immature. This entire experience was completely unacceptable.

Something is wrong with your cinnamon twists. Almost every time we get any they taste like burnt plastic or chemicals. Or something. They’re absolute trash! Please fix it! It’s a waste of our money . They’re not edible

Went here the other day and these guys like the people in Trussville had their doors locked. Saw people on the inside and started banging on the door because that wasn't right. An actual customer actually unlock the door for me and another lady to get in. When I asked why they had the doors locked they said we had an accident and then I found out from a patron that someone had passed out behind the counter. I still don't like the fact that they just locked doors willy nilly and there was no ambulance or fire truck around. They just kept the doors locked. This seems to be coming a common theme and I think regional management needs to take a hard look at this. Also I ordered at the kiosk and they still didn't get the damn order right. Ended up leaving off a taco and my wife said that her taco tasted like crap. I'm done with Taco bells in this area.

Missing hot sauce packets and it looks like the food was just thrown together. My crunch wrap had no meat and neither did my fiancé crunch wrap and my soft taco had more lettuce than anything. I will not be returning here ever.

The food is prepared well and good. However, be sure to check your order before you leave because I have had two incidents of them leaving out items I paid for. I had a large order today and they only gave me half in the drive through. I caught it before I left the parking lot and they gave me the rest of my order.

Says plain as day on the door, opens at 7am. It's now 8:15, and the lobby is still locked. Can't even get service in the drive-thru. 4 cars in the parking lot, but not a single employee in sight.

Whoever the manager of this establishment is needs to clock in and actually do their job. I work in customer service full time and this is genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Why did we have to wait for almost half an hour for a pickup order? And then when we receive said pickup order it’s missing multiple items. I go inside to communicate which items I’m missing and I get blatantly ignored. Multiple workers just stared at me while I’m waiting for the items I already said I was missing. Also half of the staff was actively on their phones, including those handling food which is a whole other can of worms. I had to ask a second time just to continue being ignored with no update as to whether or not I would even be getting these items. I left without them because at this point I’ve wasted almost 40 minutes of my life the poorest excuse I’ve ever seen of “customer service”. The bare minimum is to literally provide the service the customer is paying for and they can’t even do that here. Absolutely ridiculous.
