Very nice hotel, very clean no weird smells. The little fire pit seating area outside was very cosy with the exception of our key not working to let us back in at the end of the night. When the lady finally let us in, she looked at us like we were crazy and had to double check the key like we were using it wrong. We did have to get the key reprogrammed and then in the morning it also didn’t work again to get us back into our room. That was our only hiccup. We enjoyed the stay though. Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Will stay on our way home as well

This hotel was very tastefully done with very modern updates, large TVS in the rooms, reasonable prices and extremely comfortable beds. I will stay here again if I'm ever down here in the area or if I'm in another area where a sonata select is as it is well worth the money. The only reason I gave 4 stars on service is they had a little bit of trouble because I needed a handicap accessible room. With a shower head that comes down. And nobody seemed to know if they had those are not there. So my only thing would be is a little bit of education of the people that work there so that they can service people better, but otherwise everything was outstanding. As I was only here for one night as I traveled from Florida to Michigan. The breakfast was reasonably priced and good. The coffee was excellent. And the service was good too at the breakfast bar/ restaurant that they have in the hotel

Review for Sonesta Select Hamilton Chattanooga

Our family stayed at Sonesta Select Hamilton Chattanooga while traveling for vacation, and it was a great choice for a night’s stay. The booking process was easy, and the hotel’s location right off I-75 made it very convenient for travelers. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us lots of dining options.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a restful night. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a short stay.

If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable stop while passing through Chattanooga, this is a great option. We would stay here again!

Very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a smoke free room, but when we opened the door it smelt like someone just smoked in the room. We reported it asap because we didn't want to get the $250 fee. They were very nice and even looked to get us a different room. The fireplace in the lobby was very inviting and the fire pit outside was even more enjoyable after a long day of travel.

VERY NICE!!! Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and so nice! Housekeeping was very thorough. Paid breakfast stand in lobby was wonderful and the attendant was such a sweet lady. I really enjoyed talking with her. We had dogs, and they had packaged dog treats & water dish in lobby. Such a cute place & located off the exit. Very quiet. Cute courtyard with a fire pit, pool, and each room had chairs outside patio. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location as it is right off of interstate 75 and we were in town for the Chattanooga Dinner Train. The location was only about a 3.5 mile drive so it was easy to get to and from without sitting in traffic. The hotel, the rooms and facilities were very clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, a great shower and the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not in small mini bath bottles rather in a larger bottles which made it much more convenient. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were only there for one evening but they do have a mini fridge, microwave and a mini coffee station. They also had a very nice breakfast which was from 7am to 10am.

The ambiance of this hotel was very nice and the staff was just lovely. We will be back, without question.

Positive: The location was great, and the room was very clean. Negative: The bed was super hard and breakfast is NOT included. The person who checked me in mentioned the time for breakfast, so my son and I walked down the next morning and found it cost. I didn't even have my wallet with me.

I found this hotel to be very clean. The room was large and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The coffee was good, and the Staff was friendly. The price was perfect for my budget. I plan to stay here again. The hotel has an exercise room, which is very nice and clean. It has a laundry room. The grounds were clean and well-kept. It was extremely quiet. I hated to leave
