What a gem we found! Traveling through and wanted a cup of coffee and we found ourselves at Nichol’s. Love the atmosphere and the owner and staff was amazingly friendly. Coffee was spot on and those cups….the cups are just one example of the thought and care put behind this business. No messy dripping coffee coming from these cups! And the logo on the lid is just…to top it off! ? Perfection!

Such a cute little coffee shop! I love how there is an indoor and outdoor area. The outdoor area has great sized umbrellas so you can work in the shade. I’m not sure if there are outlets outside but it would be even better if there are! Such a cute little gift area and a great coffee selection. Way better than a corporate coffee joint. Shop local!

My favorite coffee shop in Springville, you can't get better then the experience Nichols Nook gives you! Every time you walk in you are met with southern hospitality at its finest, the staff is so intentional and makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable the second you step in their doors they also are so helpful and patient if you are thinking about trying somthing new. The environment is so peaceful and the bathroom and tables have always been clean while I've been there. Whether I'm studying or having a meeting with a friend I know that Nichols Nook is the place to be. If you are debating trying it out I'll tell you what I would tell anyone, you need to go and try it!

We had coffee and Mango Refresher. Both were very good. The coffee gets an A from me b/c it didn't bother my acid reflux! ? This coffee shop is truly one of the most comfortable and quaint places I've been in a while. The outdoor spaces are so very, very nice! I was truly impressed with the customer service. It will definitely be one of my regular go-to spots. Beautifully decorated. You can buy gifts too! Very mellow atmosphere! My daughter said it reminds her of the coffee shops in the Hallmark movies! LOL! I can see that!
