Great campground ran by great people. Easy communication, you call they answer and are super friendly and knowledgeable. The campsite we stayed in was huge. lots of trails to walk around and a couple different ponds to look at or fish. They also have a dog park. It seems like they're several full timers which to me is a good thing (they like to stay here). Easy drive to UGA about 15 minutes. There is a Gas station and Dollar general about 3 minutes away. Very clean place! Also thanks Karen for all of your help with our late checkout you're great!! Highly recommend!

We were in the, I think, was the very nice and seemingly new side of the campground. Long open sites, lots of space and all the comforts, picnic tables, and bbq grills . There is a more wooded, kinda long-term part where the bathhouse were. I enjoyed the whole stay from making the reservation via email, checking in, and out via text or phone calls. Very reasonably priced and real close to our relatives, and UGA. LOVED IT.

Parked my RV there for a night. The site has everything you need. The bathhouse was very clean which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this campground. 5 stars!!!

A great place to camp! We frequent this campground while passing through Georgia and have been staying here for years. We can't say enough about what a great place this is to stay.||Sites are clean, well maintained gravel pads that help to keep your site nice during rain or bad weather. Pedestals are breaker controlled and water/sewer hookups are up to date and in great condition. Wifi is strong and fast. Each campsite has a portable fire pit and picnic table that are in great shape.||The campground is a good mix of long term campers and short term visitors. The owners obviously stay on top of everyone as we have not seen many of the issues here that we've experienced in other campgrounds that accomodate long term campers. ||There are several ponds on the property that are great for fishing. They have a HUGE fenced dog park that is in great shape and a nice break for your four legged travel companions.||The campground is located within an easy drive of many great places to visit. The Oconee Veterans Park is a 10 minute drive away and offers great running/walking paths for working out, or walking your dog. Watkinsville, Bishop and Madison are both very close by and well worth the trip for walking around. ||Overall, can't say enough what a great campground this is. The owners have worked hard to improve the place over the years we've been staying here, and it just keeps getting better.

We loved the campground and the cabins. It was very quiet and peaceful. The owners were also great to work with. We were suppose to leave on a Sunday morning to head home to SW. Florida when our daughter developed appendicitis on Saturday afternoon. I had to take her to the ER and they admitted her that night for surgery the next day. I texted the owners of the campground, explaining the situation and they couldn’t not have been nicer, They were able to accommodate us through to Tuesday, when my daughter was able to travel back home. I can't tell you all what a relief it was not having to make other arrangements (calling hotels, along with moving the contents of 2 cabins) while also having a loved one in the hospital, having emergency surgery. We can not thank you enough for your kindness and caring for our family during this time!

Nice quiet laid-back weekend getaway place. Staff was friendly. One of the few places I’ve been to that had air conditioned bathhouses. I would recommend the original section during summer months, as it’s very shaded and the new section is in full sun. Great place though, if you want quiet.
