Excellent 5 stars |In August during our tour with Georgia Trust for historic preservation to Eatonton, we stayed with Karen and Richard. Hello Everyone, I generally don't leave reviews or posts. But I have to take time out to say how much my husband and I love Dot2Dot, & the owners. This is our wedding anniversary go to 2 years running. A beautiful intimate place to come away from the hustle and bustle, & to hit the reset button. The special breakfast accommodations is amazing. Do yourself a favor and book a special night to two at this inn.

Picturesque quite grounds, a library to die for, great breakfasts cooked to perfection, and two great hosts.

You will feel like you have stepped back in time to a slower pace and start to feel modern day stress drift away.

My husband and I spent just one night here but we truly enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful and so well-maintained. We loved learning about its history. Richard told us about a restaurant we walked to for dinner. Karen cooked us a delicious breakfast. I wished we could have stayed longer just to hang out in their beautiful library. If we’re ever back this way, we would love to stay here again.

What a gorgeous spot. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely home to stay in while on vacation visiting family here in Eatonton. Karen & Richard are so nice. Karen is the best chef, she makes an incredible breakfast!

The house is a wonderful ante-bellum mansion on a quiet street, just a couple blocks from the Uncle Remus Museum. Karen the host is a warm, friendly woman and a wonderful cook -- she runs a commercial cooking business in addition to the B&B. The house is clean, quiet, the yard is lovely. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

What a treat to stay at this home! Karen accepted my late request to stay overnight as I was traveling through and had some mechanical issues with my car. She and her family are the sweetest! Very knowledgeable and well traveled people who make you feel very accommodated and cared for. The rooms are absolutely incredible, and the library is so cozy! I wish I had more time to spend there. Karen is an AMAZING chef!! The breakfast in the morning is alone worth the stay! I would travel far out of my way to go to this place again-it's truly a gem! Thank you for the pleasure of staying in your home and for all the help and support you provided to help get me and my car up and running again:)

This was my fiancé and I’s first time ever staying in an Airbnb. We were not sure what to expect.. But, we are so very happy with our decision! Karen did a wonderful job hosting us. I can only hope the rest of our Airbnb stays are as wonderful as this one. The home, decor, garden, and rooms are so beautiful and well maintained. The home itself is a work of art. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Karen started us off with delicious fruit and yogurt. The main course was homemade French Toast, crispy bacon, and delicious eggs cooked to our preference. Juice, Tea, & Coffee were all provided as well. Absolutely delicious! All I can say is Karen went above an beyond our expectations! Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!
