We only stayed here two nights, but everything was great. The customer service was top notch, above and beyond. We had a king suite w/pull out couch. Nice set up as the king bed was in a room of its own with a door to close it off from the rest of the room. Felt like a little efficiency apartment. Didn't use the kitchen much, but appreciated the fridge w/ice maker, microwave, and dishes. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and extra bedding for the pull out. This hotel is great for anyone staying a week or more as it has everything you may need and if not they have it all in the lending locker.

Every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient, swiftly checking me in and providing great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Housekeeping did an impeccable job each day, keeping my room spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and amenities. They even took note of my personal preferences, which was a delightful touch!

Special shoutout to management and the entire front desk. Their kindness and attention to detail made my experience even more special.

We requested a special request upon check in to the hotel. The staff member (name unknown) we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful with our request. The accommodations were very pleasant. Would highly recommend staying with this hotel.

Positive: The staff were nice, and the beds were comfortable. Negative: The room was dirty. When we arrived, I had to empty the trashcan, there was trash left on the floor around the bed, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the carpet smelled like death, and there was a used coffee bag in the coffee maker.

I think renovations would bring more guest and revenue especially when downtown Athens gets overwhelmed. Updated WiFi to enhance guests stay and also daily house keeping. I always say yes to fresh towels. Complimentary breakfast. Develop a safe social climate. Safe for everyone even pets. Overall I did not hate my stay.

We had a job in Athens and out our guys up at this location. They were great in making sure everything was on point. Which was a relief since I am in Florida.

The rooms were clean and all the the guys needs were met by a great staff and it was a great experience.

By far the most disgusting, outdated, horrible smelling room I’ve ever stayed in. Make sure you leave your shoes on while walking in the room. Also don’t be shocked by how loud and annoying the air conditioner is, just a nice extra perk. Location is not great either. Don’t waste your money or your time here. The Fairfield down the road is 100 times better, and for a similar price.

We felt that the staff were friendly, and the location was good, however, the rest of our experience was below expectations for an IHG brand property. Our room had a foul odor. Our room was quite damp. We found large items of debris on the floor, which indicated poor attention to proper cleaning. The elevator button was pushed through the face plate and responsiveness was somewhat unreliable. The property offers no ice machines, and sadly, while staying only one night, arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning, the ice machine in our fridge did not provide an appropriate amount of ice for our needs. The toilet had issues with loud and constant water running. We did bring the ice issue as well as the odour and dampness issues to the attention of staff. We were advised that they will put some dehumidifiers in the room after we leave, that we should use our fridge icemaker, and we were provided with an air freshener spray to use in our room during our stay. I did not request to change rooms and was satisfied with only staying the one night. In addition, some of the furnishings in the room were broken, and/or coming apart. Lastly, as soon as we exited the elevator on our floor, the strong scent of cannabis was overpowering. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and we would certainly not book this property again in the future.
