Very nice hotel in downtown Blue Ridge. Friendly staff and great amenities. Definitely check out the rooftop bar, and the rooms are recently modernized.

This is one of those hotels I saved in my personal list to come back to later. Nicely done.

Downtown Blue Ridge- I accompanied my husband to a work event. The room was spacious, clean and all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They offered a hot breakfast buffet in the morning and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water bar throughout the day. There was a roof top restaurant but I didn't go up to it.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are dog friendly, the location was wonderful, and their hot breakfast was a delight! Additionally their gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've been to! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great location. Very clean. Built 2021. Secure parking. Rooftop bar/restaurant. 5$ parking. Will return to this location. Free BF buffet. Walk to Downtown Blue Ridge. Some French Balcony rooms. Walk to restaurants and bc shopping.Harvest on Main and Southern Charm are very good restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Had a late check in and they were very accommodating. Traveled with my two dogs also which was nice because they are dog friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was great! Overall chose this location due to the area - walking distance from everywhere. We will def come back!

We stayed at this hotel last night with two small children. We booked our reservation well in advance and checked in with ease. However, we later discovered that the hotel was fully booked which meant over-allocated parking. It seems that this hotel has way more rooms than parking spots which led to us parking at another business after dinner and carrying our two small children down a busy road at night in the cold. The front desk attendant was highly unprofessional and stated everyone could park their cars in the aisles of the lot if needed. Several cars had done that already. I also called in advance to request a pet-free room due to allergy and was told that would be able to be accommodated. Upon arrival, the same front desk attendant said that a pet had been in my room on 12/27 but that they cleaned the room. If I found pet dander or hair, there’s nothing he can do since they’re fully booked. This was not at all how it was presented to me in advance on the phone when I made this request. Instead, I was actually told every room in this hotel is pet friendly. Nothing is reserved for allergy accommodations. My small child found someone else’s pacifier under the bed (from a previous stay), and the floors in our room were not clean. Dust bunnies and hair were all around the bed area. We also discovered brown water coming from the bathroom sink so he purchased us bottled water for brushing our teeth.

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are very clean and the staff are super nice. The location is absolutely amazing for staying in Blue Ridge for all the downtown activities. We look forward to our next stay.

We HIGHLY recommend this place!!
We booked our room months in advance, not knowing our trip would be during a snow storm! Roads were snowed in or frozen, and businesses were mostly closed downtown.
Hampton Inn saved the day for us. They encouraged their staff to stay in some of the open rooms so their guests could be taken care of. Because of that, breakfast could be served AND the Hook & Eye Bar was able to open when no one else was.
