We had to stay here when we went to take our pet pig to UGA veterinary hospital. The rooms were fine. But the people who work the front are beyond rude and don’t know what they are doing! They took 900 something out of my account and I haven’t yet to see any of it back! You don’t have 900 dollar mistakes! Its ridiculous! I will be getting my money back one way or another. If it’s not in my account within 3 days I will be making a police report cause this is un called for! My money was steady being took off my card while I was in the office talking about it and while we were in our room! My card just kept getting hit with different amounts!! And they couldn’t tell me nothing basically! But “it should go back on my card”… but the point is they should have never let that happen and should know how to do their job! And why would they be taking several different amount? Makes no sense!! Now I’m out 900 + dollars till it hits my card and that’s if it even does!

I’m giving this hotel a one star not because of the rooms or staff, but because I booked a King Suite and was given a double bed. I didn’t want a double bed. Backstory: I booked a reservation for April 3-4 accidentally. I meant to book for April 2-3 (and I booked it on the 2nd). This was completely my fault. So when I get to the hotel and the front desk clerk informs me of my mistake, I try to change the date to that night. This was booked through an 3rd party. Whoever approves date changes, refused to accept it. Ok. So it’s my fault. I can’t be upset with them. So I book a King room for that night and decide I’ll just have to keep the next night too or lose my money. So on the 3rd, I check out of the King room. And then later that day, I go to check in, and I was informed that the hotel was overbooked. I’m an understanding person but honestly, that’s not my problem. If I book a King suite, that’s what I expect… or upgrade but not telling me there are no other rooms available. I wouldn’t have gotten a refund for this either, so I had no choice if I didn’t want to lose money. Also remember, this stay was the wrong date that I booked. So not only wouldn’t they let me change the date to the night I needed, when I decided I’d have to live my mistake, I don’t even get the room I booked!!! I have stayed here before because it’s a good location, decent rooms and decent price, but I will no longer patronage this location because of this horrible customer service!!

Clean reasonable and perfectly located just a few minutes out of Athens City center.
Call the lemons were clean and the room head modern appointments.
The free breakfast was the best of a few hotels I've stayed in.
They had a wide variety a breakfast cereals prepackaged including oatmeal and fresh bagels and bagel toaster cream cheese and butter included.
They have a fresh-made mini waffle maker which was great because in one batch you get four mini waffles.
Management was good and the reservation desk found us a room even though they were almost sold out.
One of the least expensive hotels in Athens.
1/3 the price of hotels in the heart of the City.
If you're on a budget it's worth the 10-minute drive to this location.

Fine for a quality inn, rooms were fine but definitely fulls, not queens. Beware the front desk will try and shake you out for cash if you ask for an early check in which he's definitely just pocketing. Tried to check in at 2 and he said it'd be $20 which is fine, whatever, but then he said cash only like alright okay lol, didn't have $20 cash, he said 10s fine, only had 7 bucks and just gave it to him. Just kind of rude that the receptionist is pocketing cash and shaking out guests.

Room was clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Not enough bedding/bedding too short. We were on the lower level. There was someone stomping over our head until around 1 am. Air conditioner didn't work well and was very noisy. Lots of noise from the street as well. Hard to sleep with all of this going on. Staff friendly but it's not a good place to rest.

I was disappointed because this hotel had good reviews. I will say it was clean and I appreciated that. The beds were comfy. There are two reasons for the low star rating. First, I was charged twice for the room. I was told that one charge was for "incidentals" and would come back off. That's not true bc there are no "incidentals." I know this was a damage deposit, but that's a lot for a deposit. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have never been charged more than $50 for the deposit. Secondly, if you look at the pics you'll see a light switch plate that has gross-looking brown stains. It would be gross anywhere, but this just happens to be right by the toilet, so you can imagine what I was imagining. Change the plate, Quality Inn! They cost pennies. Breakfast was typical of a motel chain, but I did want some apple juice and actually received water out of the dispenser, not juice. Oh, and there was a big smudge on the mirror. I don't want to think about the people that were there before me, so that kind of thing makes me uncomfortable.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have bugs and even worse, roaches. When I tried to check out they charged me an extra $130 for an early cancellation fee without even letting me know. I spoke with a manager and she was extremely nasty towards me. I do not recommend this disgusting ghetto motel to anyone. Stay away if at all possible! The service was terrible and the manager is awful. They charged my card three times for this nasty place and I can’t even seem to contact anyone higher up for any help. Never again…
