Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I gave the room 3 stars based on plumbing issues. On the morning of the event we stayed at this hotel for the shower faucet wouldn’t work. Called and they sent someone to fix it, but it took a while and had to skip shower and get ready with a maintenance guy in the bathroom. Not his fault and he worked as quickly as he could. Next up was the toilet is so very slow to flush- and if a serious deposit, just forget about it! Ugh.

Service was great. It got busy on Saturday and valet service folks always had a smile and easy manor and I used them 3 x in a 2 night stay.

Coffee bar in the morning, those ladies are Angels. Please give them a raise.

I live in NE Florida and we will be back again. Loved the location. Hopefully the pluming will be an isolated thing.

Let me start with service. The staff at this hotel are not polite at all. The entire time we stayed we found 1 person to be polite and customer service oriented. The rest of the staff should not be working in the hotel industry. Next, the housekeeping, they came in and refreshed the beds and towels. But while doing so they moved our suitcases around, put dirty clothes that my daughter had in a pile on the floor inside her suitcase! I’ve never stayed somewhere where they touch your personal belongings and move them around. It was unnecessary to do that in order for them to make the bed and refresh the towels. Lastly, the room. It’s a cute room, but the thermostat was stuck on cool and the room stayed on AC all weekend. No one ever came to fix it, and it’s February and in the 50s outside! Our windows in our room condensates so badly you can’t see out of them - probably because the temperature inside was not warm enough. The shower had a curtain that was too short so water flew out all over the bathroom when we showered. The beds are comfortable, so I will say that. I would never willingly stay in this hotel again. Disappointing since I usually really like Marriott hotels.

What a fun and beautiful hotel. We visited during a big snow and the staff was so nicely accommodating in spite of that rare event. The lobby is cozy to sit in and we had a delicious meal at Sister! The executive suite is amazing. Wonderful views and lots of seating areas for team meetings and entertaining. We could not get a night out in Rose and Rye because of the snow event but we did take a tour of the facility and it was great looking up there with the bar area and the patios. Also they have some really wonderful event spaces with people like DeCarlos, Josh and Nikki there to help you plan it!

It’s a perfectly nice Marriott hotel. It’s more self service than I expected but everyone seems quite nice and I was pleasantly greeted by a doorman and used my mobile to to get into the room. Terrible pillows. Just a pile of polyester. I prefer feather down and always expect to have at least two on a Marriott bed but not this one. Not overall it’s a comfortable room and very clean.

Would have been 3 stars (nice looking hotel, but rooms lack basic amenities expected for price point, thin walls, shoddy renovation that makes it look pretty, but didn’t improve any functionality of the facility or rooms).

It’s getting 1 star for administrative service. I booked the hotel using Chase points, but was also charged a dollar amount on checkout (without notice). The issue occurred because their front desk card readers were inoperable at check in, so they hand copied card details. Weird, but they’re doing what they can with limited resources. However, something was lost in translation between shifts so I still got charged…. The front desk can see the issue: room paid in points but an equal dollar charge to the card. HOWEVER, only the “finance team” can fix the mistake; after at least a daily call to the finance team since March 14th, 2025 and some voicemails - I still can’t get ahold of them.

Glad to update this review once the mistake is corrected, to better reflect the hotel itself, but I’d still warn caution as there are many other wonderful hotel options in the area.

Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Valet Service!

I recently stayed at Hotel Colee, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic! The hotel itself has a stylish, vibrant atmosphere, but what really stood out was the exceptional valet service.

The valet team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They greeted us warmly every time we arrived and made the process of dropping off and picking up our car seamless. Even during busy times, they handled everything with ease and a great attitude.

Beyond the valet, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, Hotel Colee is a great choice—especially if you appreciate top-tier service!

Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

so we get to the hotel everything seems to go good we get into the room and we were given a different room when i go down to the desk to ask why they have given me a 2 bed when i had booked a 1 king bed they had said cause they were all booked out of king beds. staff didn’t tell us anything from the start and gave us no info on the hotel. than all night they were playing songs and couldn’t sleep comfortably. but if i had a room booked already they shouldn’t have switched me into another one and treat me how they did

My experience with Quinton at Hotel Colee was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I called, seeking assistance regarding my reservation, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness and complete indifference. Despite not even being on the property yet, I asked him about the possibility of my guest checking in early due to a delayed flight, and was immediately dismissed with terse, unhelpful responses. He did not make any effort to gather necessary information, such as my name or reservation details, nor did he explore any potential solutions. His response, repeatedly, was that there was nothing I could do, leaving me with no options or guidance.
I attempted to offer potential solutions, but Quinton refused to consider any of them, instead suggesting my guest simply rebook under a new name. This, of course, is not a solution; it’s an effort to extract additional money from us despite having an existing reservation. His final “solution” was to transfer me to reservations, but before doing so, he put the phone down, engaging in an inappropriate conversation with a colleague, which included profane language and laughter at my situation. Afterward, the call was abruptly disconnected.
It is incredibly disheartening to have been treated so poorly by someone in a customer-facing role, especially at a Marriott property. This experience was an utterly unacceptable introduction to the hotel, and I sincerely hope that management will take immediate steps to address the behavior of employees like Quinton.
