What a fabulous single-girl staycation I had at The Whitley Hotel Buckhead! The staff was so incredible, I half expected them to tuck me in at night and read me a bedtime story (LOL!). They truly made my experience beyond anything I could have imagined.

Let’s talk about the food - absolute perfection! I’m usually not a wing girl, but those peach-flavored wings? Game changer. And of course, my beloved antipasto platter did not disappoint, so many goodies, I almost needed a second stomach.

What’s a staycation without a spa day?!? A day of pure pampering included a magnifico! massage (ask for Antrane, you’ll thank me later) and a HydraFacial that left my skin so silky smooth I could have slipped right out of my chair. (Pro tip: Ask to see all the impurities that came out of your skin - if you’re feeling brave!) I topped it all off with a glass of champagne while lounging in the dreamy spa area, followed by a dip in the pool and a long soak in the jacuzzi.

But let’s be real, I spent most of my time luxuriating in my warm and welcoming executive suite, feeling like royalty. If you’re looking for a quick escape, The Whitley is definitely the place to be!

I have been lodging at the Whitley repeatedly now for the same reason....the hospitality! I had my elopement wedding there and more recently my birthday brunch at the Trade root restaurant! ||For starters, the consistent elegance of the lobby, the aroma and the smiles from the bellman to the front desk continues to be a reason to return for my reprieve here after dealing with the stress of the outside world. It is a true oasis!|We were welcomed and surprised with lovely wine and hors d'oeuvres in our room because they knew It was my birthday. ||Shonta, manager at Trade root as well as her amazing staff are none like any other in helping plan your exquisite cozy event. As always, we had a great time.||The rooms are clean, well stocked with high end amenities as well asplush beddings and pillows. I had forgotten my thank you cards for my event and they gladly provided me with replacements. ||What sets the Whitley apart always, is the continued hospitality which nows seems to be a lost act even at 5 star hotels.|Would be returning!

Positive: The hotel was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Negative: I think the overnight parking could be more affordable and the fixed-price breakfast felt a bit expensive. Not everyone wants a full breakfast, but that didn?t seem to be an option. It would be nice to have more flexible choices.

I stayed here for two days and felt incredibly welcomed and at home. Ryan in the restaurant truly made my experience exceptional. His hospitality was outstanding—he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Ryan's kindness and genuine nature shone through in every interaction, and he has an incredible ability to anticipate guests' needs. His attentiveness and warmth made my stay memorable, and I will definitely be returning, largely because of the amazing service he provided!

I went to the Whitely hotel this past weekend for a work conference. The hotel was phenomenal. Super clean with a luxurious feel. The rooms were in great shape offering cocktails, alcohol, and snacks already in the room. The valet service was out of this world. Abraham went above and beyond to help us when our tire popped and completely deflated down to the rim. Abraham facilitated our tire getting fixed with minimal effort on our end. He made sure we were taken care of the entire weekend. The stay at the hotel was comfortable with great service.

The rooms are marginally better than your run of the mill dated Marriott business focused hotel, certainly not worthy of the “luxury” moniker. The walls are paper thin, the first night I listened to my neighbor hacking up a lung the whole night- guess he got better or checked out cause the next night I was treated to a live performance of that same neighbors enthusiastic mattress symphony. For these reasons, Not worth the rate. However Location is good, staff is nice.

Everything is so clean. Everyone is so kind and patient. It was an excellent experience. My family and I loved the pool. There was easy parking. The food was great too. It is walking distance to the mall and restaurants as well. It was a really enjoyable experience.

We truly appreciate Marriott and have had such a positive experience during our time here. With the recent fires in LA and the unexpected Georgia snowstorm, we chose to extend our stay in Atlanta. The Whitley went above and beyond by upgrading us to a lovely suite on the 15th floor, which really brightened our spirits. The breakfast buffet was beautifully arranged, and I must say, the grits were simply delightful—reminded me of my time living in Atlanta.||What touched us the most, however, was the kindness of the staff. They took the time to share their favorite Marriott properties for vacations, which felt so genuine and warm during such a trying time. It’s heartening to see how dedicated the restaurant staff were, working tirelessly through the storm while maintaining such graciousness. We are truly grateful for their efforts in lifting our spirits during this challenging period. Thank you so much for making our experience memorable and uplifting.
