We had a wonderful experience. My spouse and I were as taking a quick trip. Usually we don’t book at the last min but you guys had availability. The staff was wonderful, especially Mr. Stewart. He made sure we were welcome, safe, and had a pleasant stay. He was more than awesome. I would gladly come back, just because of the service I had. Thank you again Red Roof.

My experience was just okay. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell of chlorine mixed with what I can only describe as poppers (iykyk). The listing advertised the deluxe room as having two double beds and a sofa bed, supported by a photo of a black sofa bed. However, when I arrived, the sofa bed turned out to be a small, one-person couch. This made things a bit inconvenient for our group of three.

I arrived at 1:30 for a 3pm check-in, which has never been an issue with any other hotel.
The front staff was extremely unprofessional, had a bad attitude, and didn’t even attempt to check or accommodate my early arrival. She was inhospitable and showed no concern for me as a guest, only repeating “Check-in is at 3….” While nonchalantly rolling her eyes and refusing any further assistance.
Definitely never booking here again 👎🏾

Positive: Location Negative: Everything. This hotel is a homeless shelter or a rehab. I was very uncomfortable i only stayed 3 nights before I just couldn't take it. The late night traffic was crazy. Then Friday night all typa people where everywhere. Seem to have drug activity.

Wasn’t too happy to be staying at this motel at first because all of the strange people wondering around. But it grew on me. The staff was really nice and helpful. The assistant manager went above and beyond to accommodate. I wish I remember his name he was awesome. The rooms wasn’t the best but you get what you pay for and they did a good job of keeping them clean.

Any time I prefer not to drive home to suburbia and spend the night in Atlanta instead, I book a room at the Red Roof Plus on N. Druid Hills Rd.
Obviously, it's not the Ritz Carlton but it's not supposed to be, and it's always an incredible value for the price.
Above anything else I can say about that place, I have to say that they hire correctly. Every single person on staff, from the people working the front desk to the maintenance man, to the nighttime security staff to the manager, Robert, all of them are on top of their game, personable, friendly, helpful, and professional. I can't say enough good things about the folks that make that place run right every day! Great work on the part of whoever hires for these positions. I always enjoy staying there.

RUN!!! Run!!! Run!!! Far away from this horrible establishment. If I could give this place a zero star rate I would. I never leave reviews on pages, but made a special exception for this because I want to spare someone else the experience I had. The pictures in their website showing the rooms are so far filtered I question if it’s even the same room at all. I have never experienced a worse experience traveling than my stay in this crap hole. Crap hole is putting it lightly too. I have stayed in Red Roof in the past and know what I should expect in what I am paying and this fell so short on even basic human hotel amenities. To start, There are so many sketchy people standing around, openly smoking and doing drugs, despite the no smoking signs. Let’s not even begin to mention the people openly drinking outside the main office and being disorderly. If you’re going to have a rule for that posted. Enforce the rule. Moving on to the rooms itself. The first room we get, the door didn’t open because it was broken. We get a second room and the door didn’t lock properly. I ended up barricading the door so I would be alerted if someone came in because I didn’t trust what they had on the doors. The toilet didn’t flush at all. The sheets were stained and dirty. There was sticky stuff on the bedside table. I don’t even want to know what that was. Just eww. the room smelled like someone poured chemicals all over to mask the scent of decay. I would have requested a new room because of the not working toilet, but because of the serious security issues around the property I didn’t want to leave the room again. If it hadn’t been so late into the night I would have left all together. If this could be 0 stars I would. This place should be shut down. Surprised the police aren’t taking up residence outside because of the clear illegal activity going on in the parking lot alone. I would feel safer staying in a hostile and would before staying in this place again. The only redeeming factor is the new female employee working who was very nice as she helped me check out and refund the other nights we were supposed to stay. We stayed in this hotel no more thank 7 hours before checking out and refunding the remaining nights. Went up the road, paid $20 more and got the basic amenities red roof supposedly advertises.

I had a wonderful time. Mr. Stewart was nice a check in. He made sure I was welcome, safe, and had a pleasant stay. He was more than awesome. It been a while since I had good service like that. I would gladly come back, just because of the service I had. Thanks for the good service. Will definitely come back.
