Checked in on Tuesday the 28th to what out front is listed as the Garden Inn and Suites which turned out to be the Country Hearth. Pricing was expected at $50 per night. I was originally checked in to room 109 and at first glance the room was okay. It needed touch up on cleaning and details but overall for the price it is what it is. I woke up at 4am with Bed Bugs. I instantly went to the front desk where I was greeted by a child who looked to be about 14. I explained I had need bugs and needed to move rooms. He stepped into the back to talk to someone else then came back and made me keys to room 105. I moved my stuff and went back to sleep in my new room. After waking up i had another bite around my knee so i pulled the blankets back to find another bed bug. I flipped the mattress up and checked the box spring where I saw roughly 6 to 7 live bed bugs. I went to the front desk and told the man I needed to move rooms again that their is live bed bugs in that room as well. He originally told me No you have moved to much already so I told him if he is not moving me I want a refund and will be checking out. He changed his mind and moved me to 115. As I went to go get my things to move I noticed the housekeeper was already cleaning and setting up room 109 to be sold. This was the first room where I killed about 6 bed bugs. I was only there one more night so I took 115 and immediately tore apart the room searching for bed bugs. Happily room three was clear but nothing really clean. The picture below is the AC filter. The cigarette in the toilet was there when I checked into this room. The smoke detector was just like this with no back up battery, and the only way to turn off the light was to unplug it since the button was broke. I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

As others have mentioned, mildew stains were on the caulking in the shower. There was a long curly hair on the soap dispenser. The sliding shower doors were hard to slide back and forth. The TV didn't have a remote. Beds had clean sheets but with the condition on the room, we worried a little. We stayed two nights. The first morning I went to get coffee at 6:50 am, and found it to be cool. The tangerines and the apples were old. I ate a waffle, but went to get hot coffee at McDonald's. The next morning we didn't eat there. When we tried to check out at six am, we could not get anyone to come to the desk. We needed the itemized bill to get reimbursed by our company, my coworker was going to call the next day. The other thing that annoyed me was the a/c was off when we returned to the room after working all day.

I wish there was a zero star to give. The owners were rude / confused about why this room wasn't acceptable. They wouldn't move us to a new room even though there were only 6 cars in the parking lot. We were leaving Hurricane Irma and I'm happy that we had our own sheets / blankets / pillows with us. Only stay here if you must.

My husband and I loved staying at the Country Hearth Inn. ||Everything was so clean and very neat. the property fairly new, everything worked. The service was good.||It wasn't fancy, but it was perfect for us.||||Here we got a very large room with ac, fridge, and free wifi, free local calls and free parking||very friendly staff.||||We selected this motel because it was pet-friendly

I got a room here last minute. My family and I stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience. Something has gone horribly wrong. There were nasty stains on the walls. The bathroom was moldy. I only paid $40 for the night but no savings is worth the cooties.

ROACHES...Nasty disgusting roaches running across the desk in the room. Didn't stay once 3 roaches were found upon check in...room was about 100 degrees. Front desk help was really nice and credited back and we left to try another hotel......Enough said.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was perfect. There were extra that we needed to accomodate our three night stay. The attendant saw to it that wee had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

well first off the bed room was nice but the beds we not comfy at all and it said 40$ on the website then go here and we had to pay $71. the food was bad they had cold wffles and toast and the ceral was out of date. this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!!!!!!!!!!
