Booked a room here due to the quality being full. I get that it was 60$ but I found a much better room for the same price just down the road (regent in ocilla). The floors were coming up and popping, the couch had spiders in it, the baseboards were full of dead bugs and egg sacks. All furniture was pretty busted, even found a nail clipping in the nightstand along with some kind of food rolled up in the pullout couch. I left after about 10 minutes and tried to call to let them know that the keys were on the counter in the room. The lady just kept saying "what" and argued with me about the check out time. Not really sure what she was saying other than that it was my problem and that she couldn't do anything. So 60$ for 10 minutes in a room that smelled like roundup. I guess they had recently sprayed? I will remember that horror for the rest of my life. Maybe other rooms are better but if you get room 105 just know that's the speed at which you will be leaving.

Great customer service
The hotel is huge and the rooms are huge. The price to stay is affordable and it is very quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and shop.

My family was having trouble finding somewhere to rent and we stayed at this hotel for over a year. It was a pleasant experience for my circumstances and the staff may seem rough around the edges (nah-good folks), I stayed and watched long enough to see the difference. Show respect, don't destroy their rooms, and admire the peaceful break you will get out of all the locations in Fitzgerald, I stand by this one.

Look, it is cheap and clean but very old. The new owners are very nice and are improving the things as afforded. If you do not care about old and you are looking with a budget ... I recommend here; it is a lot easier on the pocket when it comes to an extended stay. I will be here on business for a few months and trust me -- I can be picky but practical. The AC works and the plumbing works. The other tenants that i have met are polite. The owners go out of their way to be hospitable.

The place on the outside is much different from the place on the inside this is one of the most wonderful hotels that me and my husband have ever stayed at I would highly recommend this place for family friends visits anything and it is within walking distance to anything around here so this place is one of the best hotels in Fitzgerald and I give it a Solid 5 stars

First of all our room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets had not been changed and our floor was filthy. We specifically called and asked if this hotel says they are pet friendly (which they were up front) then they tell me my dogs can’t be on the bed (when they see them while we’re exchanging dirty/clean towels) plus we’re paying $50 a dog.. for each dog (we have 3) each week. We were gonna stay here for 3 weeks because my husband is working out of town. But after the rudeness of the female owner we’re going to another hotel.

My daughter and I both purchased rooms last month for the annual event, The Sweet Potato Festival in Ocilla, GA. Stayed here in 2019, it was decent and clean. The service was janky but I just blamed that on the individual desk agent. This year, the desk agent was new but friendly. As requested, she put our rooms next to each other. My daughter's room was horrible!! Dead bugs on the floor, it was missing a microwave and a bedside table. Due to the missing table, the phone was on the bare floor!! The bathroom was not clean!! My room hasn't been dusted for a very long time! Spider webs on the curtains, the window, and all around the entrance. The bathroom looked and smelled unsanitary. Outside the rooms, food trash in the parking lots, attracting stray cats. Definitely is a rip off of $60/night. Friendly staff but there needs to be a major upgrade and renovation to the property!!
