Gerald was pleasant and friendly. Making our visit comfortable and peaceful. The other staff members were just as polite and would go above the level of customer service I expected. I will definitely visit again if the staff remain as good as the staff on this visit! Food options were okay. Offer other hot cereals and keep the variety of meats; not everyone eats pork. Overall this was a nice place and my family enjoyed it.

I want to start off by saying I am a very understanding person and I rarely write reviews. However this establishment had EXTREMELY rude staff. On top off that they did not have enough towels when we stayed (we went to the desk on 3 separate occasions to ask for an extra set and each time they said they were out), there was an extreme odor of old grease in the lobby and its been 3 weeks and they still have not refunded my incidentals charge.When I called them the immediately picked up the phone with an attitude stating that “the water valve was off” and when I said that I wasnt calling regarding this they said they cant talk right now and to call back in an hour so I asked if there was someone else I could speak with such as the billing department and they then hung up in my face. This was by far the work hotel i've ever stayed in. I have launched an official complaint and case against them because this was simply unacceptable. I am a genuinely understanding person but to address a customer with that level of disrespect is unacceptable.From now on I would rather pay to park everyday and drive 20-30 minutes out of my way than to stay here ever again.

The staff is rude,don't expect the room you book,the beds are not disabled friendly and if you want to sleep on a rock and have body pain for a week book here. I have never been to a hotel that uncomfortable they gave us 2 towels for 6 people and when asked for towels to be delivered to room got told to bring what towels I had down to them when the card in the room said they would bring it up. No extra toilet paper no tooth paste or tooth brush provided like they said there. Fold out couch had stains(no sheets) and was half broken beds where so hard it was more comfortable on the floor. Also be prepared for them to hold $100 and take forever to give it back. I wouldn't pay to stay here again.

The young lady at check in Taj, was absolutely phenomenal, polite and courteous. She worked quickly and got me checked in in no time. The hotel was pretty clean and there wasn’t really any noise even though some guests were watching the superbowl in the lobby, they literally were the best group of ppl.

The staff here is very attentive. Ensuring all common spaces are clean and presentable. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The TV has a decent selection of channels. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. Great experience and highly recommend!

Very clean hotel, Exceptional Staff. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is tired. It's in need of a complete gut. The heating/cooling system is atrocious. It's December and we ran the AC in our room. The temp would increase on its own when on the heat setting. It was very uncomfortable. The bed was too high! The hallway especially near the elevators wreaked of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure how since it's NonSmoking. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room and facility overall were very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. However the proximity of our room to the highway was very noisy during the night and disrupted our ability to sleep comfortably. The next morning, we attempted to shower, but had to shut the water off during the process to allow the shower to drain without overflowing into the bathroom. The breakfast was average, but it appeared that the staff could not keep up and some of the items were not available or replenished in time to accommodate our schedule.

We where here on girl's trip from Florida when I say manager here Mr. Gerald. He was awesome. He came help beyond to make. Our stay great housekeeper hadn't been in.our room.. Mister gerald tolk trash. He brought us things that we needed. It was great also Mr. Eric.maintenance guy he was awesome as well. Door in room 614 was not locking issue with door he come up and we're over and beyond. As well young lady at customer service. Desk, she was kinda nee but was very nice we are coming back here to stay. Everybody was so kind. But only thing I didn't like was lady in breakfast area. She was Security guard in food like someone's gonna take something when we already paid. It was part of stay. They didn't have bacon doing weekend. Kitchen had basically like same old thing and nothing breakfast wasn't hot as we expected. But other than that, everything else was awesome.Keep up great work as a team.But please talk to kitchen.Lady, get some hot breakfast and bacon in there.Thank you.Keep up your great hard work
