Monica is always friendly and helpful. She makes sure to get my drink right away and checks on me frequently. Our waitress and night is also very friendly and does a great job! They make my trips very enjoyable. Can't wait to come back next month

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and meet your every need. Everyone was so friendly. Luse at the front desk was really really nice. When I arrived after the restaurant had closed, he saved the day with a sandwich and a hug! Thank you!

4 years ago I posted this review; "We had a great stay at the Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful when needed. They have a nice bar and a breakfast buffet with a nice selection. I especially want to thank Stanley at the front desk and Fatima in the Starbucks kiosk. They both went out of their way multiple time to ensure we had a great stay.". We have stayed here annually for the last three years. I can say the "customer centric" view they once had no longer exists. The employee at the front desk has no desire whatsoever to assist. The rooms are no longer as clean as they were and are degrading in quality.

Deposits needs to be made more clear. Otherwise, food is good 👍 room was good. Yason, was a really great guy. He was smart, you can tell he knows how to prioritize his tasks and combine tasks as needed to get things done. I think he’s a great bartender.

Mareya, Helen, Monica, Kim, Angel…Everyone is so great here! I have been a frequent guest for years and it honestly feels like a home away from home! My only suggestion…bring back the wonderful Tomato Bisque and grilled Cheese Sandwich! 😂 Thank You All!!

Mareya in the restaurant was outstanding. She was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and made sure our food was ready quickly. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every meal here. All of the waitstaff were AMAZING 🤩. We had Mary and Helen…also AMAZING 🤩
