Overpriced rooms and terrible management. Filled with roaches for 15 straight years yet for some reason, they still insist on doing the bare minimum to fix it. They knocked on my door and told me: "You can't refuse." Then came in for 5 seconds and left two pools of pesticides on the floor by the bathroom doorway. Guess what? There's still just as many roaches as before. They also have a housekeeping policy that requires them to come inside your room and check for damages every week. If you lock the door, they peek inside. For what? If I damaged the stove, microwave, TV, sink, shower, minifridge, or toilet, peeking inside my room like that wouldn't reveal anything. Literally all it does is invade my privacy and piss me off so they can check a box for their scumbag landlords. They also say they have security every night but in reality it only shows up half the time and it always shows up late. If it's dark outside and you get locked out of your room because one of their cheap keycards decides to stop working, good luck. The office is closed and no one is there. The two phone numbers they leave on the door just for these situations will go to voicemail every time. And if security decides not to show up that night, I hope you have someone reliable to call, because this place certainly isn't. It's abundantly clear they don't care at all. Also my room smelled like cigarette smoke when I got here.

Nice, clean, well managed hotel with friendly, and very professional staff. No loud music, or children running around all times of the evenings. Very peaceful stay and I will certainly be going back!

Nice small place for short stays tucked neatly away in lovely Decatur. Multiple food and shopping options within walking distance, ample parking, vending machines. The rooms come with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric stovetop scattered throughout the 3 floors. The only issues encountered were the unrealistic amount of roaches that spawned from thin air. This apparently is a common complaint, luckily had my own bug spray.

If I could give no stars I would. I stayed here for 1 month. The worst place to live. The rent was 500.00 a week. The first room I was in had water coming out of the floor. I was moved to another room the was infected with mold. I inform the manager Mike and he was very nonchalant about the matter. I had shoe and clothes that was molded and he told me that that was my problem not the hotel. The pillows and dresser were also full of mold

I stayed here for one night to attend a workshop the next day. I was greeted by a super nice clerk that really wanted to make sure my stay was a good one. This is primarily an extended stay hotel but my one nite stay was made to feel just as important. She gave me the key to go and check the room to make sure it was ok for me. Had a bed, small table, mini kitchen (sm. frig, microwave, sink, 2 burner stove) Bathroom had a large shower. The hotel is obviously older but was clean. Furniture had some scratches BUT the room was clean, comfortable and at $59 for the nite?!! This in Atlanta! Room was dark, quiet after 10pm ( not really very noisy before). Even had high speed wireless internet! I was told upfront that maid service was not available every day because this was an extended stay facility and that the front desk was manned from 8am to 7pm only. For the price-- A+|

Keep receipts, pay attention to your charges.
They stole $75 cash deposit from me, then charged my card for another $50. Tim is the Manager who keep stealing. He will always say there's an extra charge on the room but they go back in the system and change the charges. He harrassed me for an extra $25 to check back in and claim it was another deposit. $150 im out of for "deposits." They change manager every few months. No weekly amenities at all. Roaches everywhere, maintenance takes forever, and a lot of drug dealing

I pass this place monthly, going to see my dermatologist. I needed a room for a week only, and it looks nice and clean, quiet so I charged the room. Huge mistake, because it is not only a hotel, but a low income apartment building. It was so noisy! Kids having no where to play, played inside. Other "residents" actually thought they had personal parking spaces so I always felt I was taking someone's parking space. The acoustics in this place is horrid. Unfortunately for me I was placed between two rooms that had children running and jumping, all day, all night. I just wanted a peace place to live for a week. They had the nerve to charge me 300 bucks to live in a old dumpy room. There was no curtains, no flat screen TV, no continental breakfast, no cups, no ice, old mattress set, the cheapest toilet paper I have ever used, housekeeper only came once a week. This place was the worst. Beware, it is not a hotel, it's a Section 8 apts in disguise!
