Be careful when booking this location!!! They are greatly understaffed and have only ONE cleaning lady that is elderly! They want to give you not so clean rooms for almost $100 a day and get upset when you request the room to be cleaned properly! Instead of actually caring about their senior cleaning lady, they’re thirsty for $25 early check in fee! If customers rebook by check out & allowed to stay, then that reduces the amount of rooms need cleaning!! They are rude and unprofessional when you don’t accept their short comings but they expect you to accept theirs!! Their 3rd building is for pets and smoking, make sure the room is SPOTLESS, you don’t know who was in there before you!! DON’T ALLOW THEM TO RENT YOU A HALF CLEANED ROOM WITHOUT A DISCOUNT, THEY WILL TRY IT!!!!!

If you are going to arrive after 10 pm to check in, BEWARE!!! The front office closes at 10 pm, and there is no way to check-in!!!

We arrived here at 10:30 after calling the corporate office to verify how late we could check in and were told that we had until 3 am to arrive. We get here to a closed office. There were three other families trying to check in as well.

We called the corporate office and were transferred to the helpdesk. We were told to see if there was a phone number we could call-there was, but it did not work. The person asked if there was a lock box-there was, but no one knew how to get into it because we did not receive instructions to access it. He then asked if there was a phone to call anyone-yeah-a box was there, but NO PHONE!!! The help desk was shocked that nothing either worked or wasn't there. He even tried the posted number-nothing.

The help desk tried emailing the management-they couldn't reach anyone.

How can you close early and have no way for patrons to call/reach you to check-in?

How is it that the corporate location can't reach management?

How is it that the lock-box doesn't work?

How is it that the phone is gone?

You all have a no pets sign but dogs were in the room and on the property...

Come on Studio 6-if there's a non- emergency, how can anyone even staying there get in contact with you all?

DO BETTER!!! I can't see how people can even stay there knowing this and how losing money isn't affecting you all?

Update-went back later that morning to speak to the lady at the desk-didn't help. Called the company we booked the reservation through. They had no problem giving us our money back while we were in the hotel lobby-she had no choice but to cancel our reservation.

Once again...DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL-even with Travelocity, Priceline-the Studio 6/Motel 6 website, etc, until they fix their check-in issues.

Nishi was absolutely amazing, providing excellent hospitality. The location of this hotel is in a quiet and peaceful area, hidden at the end of the road. The rooms were awesome and clean, not to mention they have kitchens! If you ever visit anywhere nearby Tucker, I highly recommend this hotel

As far as the rooms they were clean but the service and one of the staff at the front desk was extremely rude and racist she got mad and started yelling at me because I was asking her a question then when I asked could she stop yelling at me she gave me my ID and would not let me check into my hotel room. She even proceeds to call the police and lie and say I’m trespassing after I already paid for a room there it was truly disturbing and unprofessional

I got there at 11:19pm and could not check in because the office was closed for the night with no proper signage. I had to scramble and book elsewhere. I contacted Hotels.com they would not help me get my money back from this hotel and that is not right.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The younger male front desk staff member entered my room without permission while I was in it and then yelled at me to get out of his hotel.

I don't write many reviews usually, but I had to make my experience known at this motel.

From the get-go, there was a suspicious car parked in front of the office. I ignore this and walk in to check in. I receive my key card and walk over to the room. On my way there, I notice a huge hole in the exterior of the complex (included in pictures below). I enter the nonsmoking room to find a horrible smoking odor, hairs and blood on the toilet bowl, hairs in the shower, stains and rust on the shower floor, and the appliances were stained with paint. I immediately walk over to the desk to ask for a change of room, and the attendant agrees. The second room is just as bad. At this point, I also noticed several parked cars that people were partying out of. We even got yelled at by someone random for taking pictures of the disgusting property. The only positive thing I experienced was how quick the attendant was able to refund my check-in security deposit of $25.

To top off the experience, the attendant assured me that I'd get a full refund of my money. However, the hotel manager was not around since this was around 9pm, so the attendant assured me I'd be able to call back in the morning for a refund. It has been 3 days since I checked in. My bank has since tried three times to reach the hotel manager with no luck, so I will probably be disputing the charge to receive my money back. All in all a horrible experience. I do not recommend coming here, even if you're on a budget. Spare the extra $50/night and sleep somewhere you'd feel safe.

The rooms are always super clean, they come with stovetops and a full-size fridge. The front desk is super accommodating and hands down some of the best service I've received in this industry. This has definitely become my preferred choice when traveling.
