Positive: The staff tried to accommodate but it was nothing they really could do. Negative: It was anything good about this hotel. It was nasty, roaches crawling, toilet dirty, bedding ragged and the curtain to the windows was a shower curtain. I killed roaches most of the night. The shower was dirty. The towel on the floor was nasty.

This is absolutely the WORST hotel I have EVER had!!! Absolutely disgusting! The trash hadn’t been taken out, there was dirty towels in the shower floor, dirty rags in the shower, someone’s pubic hairs was on the toilet paper, it was just absolutely appalling! And to top it off, THERE ISNT ANYONE I CAN CALL TO COMPLAIN TO OR TO TRY AND GET A REFUND OR AT THE VERY LEAST, HAVE OUR HOTEL SWITCHED!!!! The automated bs they send me to was a waste of time bc it kept saying my booking id was wrong and would hang up!!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!

10-31-24 UPDATE
Reached out to the manager and they informed me that there isn’t anything they can do bc they’re based in India!!! Said I needed to reach out to my local division and after I asked for that information, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A RESPONSE NOR A RESOLUTION!!! BEWARE!!!! I AM NOW OUT OF NEARLY 400$ BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM!!!!!

Positive: Locations, Quiet, Accurate star rating of not a little generous Negative: Hot water wasn't hot, like warm at best, fine to wash your hands but unpleasant to shower. Let it run for about 3 minutes thinking it

This is the most unprofessional staff I have had to deal with and the worst customer service via Kim. I don't know if Sam is a manager or what but she told me I left the hotel within 2 hours and I booked my other room within the hour. They refuse to refund me my money and their rooms were infested. They had no prior cleaning to the room and the neighborhood was in the middle of the hood. Junkies and drug dealer right next door. We left almost within an hour because of how disgusting it was. I recommend no one come here and I'm tempted to sue.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They must be paying people to write some of these reviews because nothing about this place is nice. Room was not as pictured and it seemed as if they just made the bed after the last guest and called it a day. The only towel in the room was the dirty one on the floor in front of the toilet. A high traffic area with a bunch of people hanging around in a bad part of town. We lasted a whole 15 mins before deciding to stay somewhere else because we didn’t feel safe AND I got charged twice for the room because apparently my card info was saved by the merchant. AVOIDDDD.
