Great view, great service. Very loud. Not a place I would go for a quiet dinner. Seemed understaffed. Our server was working her butt off. She was great. The food was hit or miss. Got a variety of things. The clam chowder was good. The lobster bisque was not. The scallop appetizer was good. The coconut shrimp was not. It was a little overcooked and greasey, and you can tell the oil they cooked it in was old and needed to be changed. Got the shimp and claim scampi, not even sure what they made or how long ago they made it, but it was not good. Took one bite and physically could not eat it. Also ordered the ahi tuna tacos again terrible, not fresh and overcooked. Thought I was eating canned tuna. You can see in the pics. Did not eat it. It seemed like all this food is being made by a short order cook who is just reheating a bunch of prepared food. Unfortunately, nothing seemed fresh. It was not too expensive tho for a marina style restaurant. Maybe just an app and burger/ sandwhich place with a cool atmosphere.

Just stopped on a lark and wow a fantastic evening. Treated ourselves to three course meal. With music and a view. I just can’t say enough, so I will just say-Go! We hung out just to enjoy!

I’ve eaten here many times and enjoyed it every time. There’s lots to choose from on the menu and it’s all delicious and beautifully presented. There’s also an enclosed patio with heaters looking out over the water and in the summer, an outdoor seating area to relax in by the river. It’s easy to get to as well—right down Route 9. Worth the drive!

The fish and chips were to die for. Should have ordered more oysters. The ahi tuna tacos leave more to be desired but impossible to stay upset whilst enjoying the serene atmosphere and celebrating an anniversary. Hidden gem in Chester, CT. We were there with our newborn for a quiet Friday lunch and everyone was kind and accommodating.

I will be eating there again .
Just visited the restaurant again and I love .
Food was delicious and tasty, my only complaint is that place was full so we have to wait for the food little longer but was worth it.

My boyfriend was about to take me here for our upcoming anniversary. Until we were told that the workers were working with Covid and the restaurant knew about it, but now it has new ownership, and we decided to take another chance. So new place. New owners. Came in, and the place is pretty inside. Very quaint, and we came for lunch, so it's not a large crowd. Nice menu, not super allergy friendly, but was able to find something to eat with a few tweaks. Had a fig and Prosciutto flat bread. My crew of people mostly got the fish tacos, salads, and a burger. The waiter was friendly and accommodating. We all had a nice time. The food was delicious.
Came a second time, and this time, we ate outside. It was windy, but they put down the side to accommodate us. The table actually was perfect for a wheelchair and we were so elated. Does not happen often. We had a great night, but the service was slower because it was so busy, but we weren't in a rush. We enjoyed our drinks, appetizers, meals, and dessert. Great food, great conversation. Even took some pictures after with the beautiful view.

Great food, ambience, and service. Had ahi tacos which were delicious. (Sorry but the guacamole was a little bland!). My husband had the fish and chips. Spectacular fries; good, fresh fish.

Only wish we were closer so we could eat here more regularly.
