We stayed five weeks while our home was under renovation and we would stay again. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and ready to help us. Breakfast was a pleasure as Troy and MJ greeted us with a smile, making sure we had what we needed. The food was surprisingly tasty (I don’t usually like hotel food). I was impressed with the kitchen set up in the room. The dishes and cookware were good quality. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well stocked. The carpets and furniture could use an upgrade but otherwise, a very nice stay.

Staff is so friendly and polite. Troy and MJ made the stay so welcoming.

Had an issue with our HVAC that was not fixed, but till enjoyed the stay.

I almost titled this “very clean hotel” because this hotel is a very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are spacious with great windows and lots of lighting. The rooms are updated and appealing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. Speaking of that, the hotel is very quiet. In some hotels you can hear people in the hallway. or water in the pooped from other room, but not this hotel.|The shower was clean and had excellent water pressure. Any staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was a step|up from continental, but well attended and stocked. |This property had everything you’d want in a hotel.

Smelly room. This hotel needs a refresh. The furniture, doors, and walls show dents, dings, scratches and general wear. On the plus side the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional.

Wonderful stay! Big room, comfortable beds very quiet location but close to everything. I want to give a special shout out to Misha and Troy who take care of breakfast. They were amazing! Food was excellent especially the eggs! They took the time to talk with everyone and kept the area clean and well stocked. Can't say enough about them. Just great!

Family stay for World Scholars Day event at Yale for 6 nights. Quick drive to New Haven. Comfortable spacious rooms, warm and welcoming staff, and simple hot breakfast. Use of business center desktop and printer is a bonus.

We stayed here with my young son over the weekend and found the hotel to be in great condition and quite relaxing.

What really makes this property special are the people. FORTUNATELY, I was able to engage with everyone and from management to the on site amenity team the hospitality was top notch.

Whether it meant making sure anything needed was provided to checking our satisfaction with the ool (it’s like a pool without the “pee”) temperature the crew made sure our expectations were exceeded.
