This place is Exceptional and Super Clean … I loved my room and the staff is so nice … I was there with a Big Truck and the lady in the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and we really appreciated… the rooms look so nice and is so clean and the beds were so comfortable that I felt I was sleeping in the clouds! I will definitely come back!

This is a great place to stay. It is probably the biggest room we have stayed in on our 11 night trip where we have spent 10 nights in 10 different hotels. It was clean, quiet, and the bathroom was very nice. Check in was fast and easy. This is one of the few hotels that did not offer breakfast but I don't eat breakfast so it wasn't any trouble for me. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay here again if we are ever up this way.

We always stay at the Rocky River Inn when we are in the area. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and complete with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The only thing that would be great is an ice machine near the rooms. The staff will provide some ice, if you go to the front office and request it.

Previous reviews and more recent photos gave me the confidence to book a room at this motel. We paid a tiny bit more to be upgraded to a "deluxe room," and I am glad that we did. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size, the cleanliness and the view. There is a mini-fridge, a microwave, a nice newer tv, and reliable wifi. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well We would stay here again.

This place was great! I needed accommodations last minute and this place was 5 miles away. The bed was big, room was clean, tv was on point, and the bathroom had all I needed. Coffee machine, microwave, and fridge in the room. Snacks available in the lobby. Even the snacks and toothbrush were priced incredibly fair.

The thermostat worked! Big ups for the A/C.

I was in the area for work and stayed several weeks. The rooms are clean and updated. Coffee machine in the room is nice. Fridge and microwave were clean and good size. Housekeeping forgot to put towels in my room 5 times. They did deliver towels as soon as I called them. Getting receipts was a chore. After a few weeks I was able to get them to email them to me. All over it was clean and safe. Parking was no problem.

The room was relatively big but had a cheap feel to it. As I have an electric vehicle, when I made the reservation, I asked if there was a way to charge my car overnight and was told that they have a Tesla charger. After a day of sightseeing, we arrived at the inn and I found another car using the charger which was right next to our room. I eventually found that the car using the charger was owned by a member of the manager's family. I asked if I could use the charger and was told that it was being used. I mentioned that I was told days earlier that I could charge my car and, after some time, was told that I could only use the charger for only a short time then I'd have to move my car. The charger is near where the customers stay not near the office. It was disturbing that the manager would rather have a family member use the charger rather than letting a customer use it.

Very, very clean. Really nice room. Brand new everything. Really nice value for the area. It really was a luxury room. Beautiful view of the Housatonic River, with seats down by the river to pass the time. Wonderful service as well! Would absolutely stay here again.
