Me and my wife were looking for a hotel close by to a near by hospital due to a family member being admitted. Although we didn't get to enjoy the place that much, it was very nice for the price. this place was easy to access off 395 and close to stores like stop and shop and target. The room we had was basic but good for what we need it for. The TV is massive and the shower is too. If we ever needed to come back out here again we will definitely be staying here again.

Also, don't let the old photos discourage you from staying here. The new owners did a lot of renovating and looks nothing like what it use to be.

Positive: Cleanliness, warmth and nearness to my home. Needed shelter while waiting for serviceman to restart my furnace. Could not get it done for a couple of days. Negative: the shower did not work. Could not get the faucet to turn on.

This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfy. It feels like a home, away from home. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind and polite. It's a perfect place to stay. Everything that you could possibly need is conveniently close by. I highly recommend staying here.

Location great, near restaurants and shops. Very nice renavated rooms, clean, comfortable. They are still getting it together. Very nice staff. If you need anything just ask they are happy to help. I look forward to staying here again.

I rented a room and there were cockroaches I video recorded it and brought it to the attention of the owner and all they asked me was in here in the room to which I said yes in the room that I rented they offered me nothing no discount no $ back nothing .

I guess they’ve revamped? The previous reviews are a bit sketchy but I stayed in a very recently refurbished room, the exterior is cute. The shower was clean and spacious, the room modern and fresh, bed comfortable and clean.
Overall an excellent experience, the customer service was friendly and sweet.

I had friends stay in room 107 and after 2 days they had cockroaches in room and all they could say was sorry and refund final night. I had room a room that was redone compared to theirs. Mine was clean except for towels had lots of stains. If u can find another place to stay I would. Also while there. There was a person that seemed to have their clothes in bag outside room and also their shoes. Makes you wonder if they brought the bugs there since bad and shoes were always outside the room
