This was a great choice for our stay. Went to watch our son bowl in a tournament and to visit friends in the area. This Inn has been completely remodeled and updated throughout. The room had nice size flat screen, plenty of TV channels plus a couple premium channels. In room fridge and microwave. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Walmart, small local grocery/food store. Property is very clean and well maintained. Nice staff. Even though it might be a little off the beaten path, it was well worth the experience. We'd stay here again without hesitation.

Small quaint hotel and atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable. I had been booked for a 3 day stay but, after being there for a full day; I was laying across the bed watching TV half dressed and management took it upon themselves to unlock and enter my room without knocking which was very disturbing. After sharing my disapproval, the lady made an excuse to ask if my toilet was working properly! There should had been more courtesy considering my occupancy. Very disappointed!

Came in from across the country for a dog event. Was very pleased with my stay at Quiet Corner Inn. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was easy to connect to and was reliable. There was a lot of available TV channels including some premium movie channels that made it nice when it was time for me to unwind/relax. (I do believe this was the best available TV channel selection that I have had at a hotel/inn.) There are good restaurants very close as well as a large shopping store, which made it easy to stock things in the room refrigerator and make use of the microwave as well.
If, and when my travels/adventures bring me back to the area, I would definitely book my stay there again.

Quaint but updated motel with the friendliest and most conscientious owner/manager (Manny). His genuine concern that all s well with your stay is evident. Room was clean, and it was cleaned daily over our stay perfectly - something some larger chains are still not doing post Covid! The grounds are lovely, with pots of flowers and a well maintained lawn area in the back. Our room was on the back side, which we enjoyed. They have continued to update the exterior; I have posted pictures - shows they are investing in their business and are here to stay. We would not hesitate to book here again.

The desk clerk I interacted with (not sure if they were the owner or not), was SO nice! Super accommodating, and was right on top of anything I needed. Rooms were also incredibly clean, with a mini fridge and microwave and the beds were SURPRISINGLY comfortable. I've stayed in many motels like this that you're LUCKY if you're able to get a good night's sleep - I didn't have to worry about this here.

Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it.

Only downside is no breakfast offered, but there's a Dunkin's at the next stop light. 1 minute drive/5 minute walk. Across the street from the Dunkin is Walmart as well.

My friend and I shared a room at the Quiet Corner Inn when we were in the area for a college reunion. ||Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Convenient location with shopping and casual food options nearby. ||Parking is a little tight, but manageable during our stay since they weren’t fully booked. Tiniest soaps I’ve ever seen, shampoo in packets not bottles. I bring my own so not an issue for me, but could be for someone one traveling light. ||Wed both stayed here separately in the past and will stay again for future reunions.

I am here now (sept 5th 2024), and it exceeds expectations. this places is lovely! this is not some run down motel 6. it is indeed quiet here, and quite lovely. so much attention to detail! fresh blooms & landscaping, a nice little chair outside to enjoy a cool evening, and the room is clean as a whistle. my room included a small fridge and microwave (all quite clean and working). the bedding is clean, soft, and comfy. the AC works as it should with minimal noise, shower is clean, towels soft and fluffy. i wouldnt normally walk around a hotel room barefoot but here i am and i dont feel creeped out by it. i am visiting family who moved up here and if this places continues as it is, i will be staying here every time i come to visit. thank you so much!

Very nice, basic clean room with friendly staff two queen beds, microwave, hotel-sized room refrigerator, TV everything you need. But it's not an Inn, its a motel/motor lodge on the main road in town and like all places within driving distance of Storrs they jack up their rates during any U Conn event (double their regular price) and you're still a 40 minute drive from campus. The rooms were quiet though and clean but probably won't be staying there in the future at $200 per night.
