Absolutely blew my mind with the cost and the service. For me, it was quiet, peaceful, the room was clean, the toilet was a bit slow but who cares? The shower fan didn’t work but is it that serious? Not sure if it was because it was a non smoking room. The fridge worked. There was coffee in my deluxe room. Two beds. A safe. I was happy and the AC worked. I asked for extra towels, I got extra towels. I asked for a blanket, they provided me with a blanket when the laundry was finished. Fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The freezer was working so my ice cream stayed frozen. Huge plus..

This is clearly a no-frills motel. If you need a clean, safe, inexpensive option, this is a solid choice.
Pros: Housekeeping seems to take pride in their work. My room was perfectly clean. The floors are new tile (no carpet). There’s a full fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, and built-in safe. The mattress was acceptable for a small person. If you’re particularly tall or heavy, you may not agree. My weekend stay was quiet.
Cons: Although the rooms are non-smoking, I swear there’s a VERY distinct lingering odor of stale smoke. It’d be great if they could air out the rooms and give them a fresh scent. The tub faucet was loose and in need of repair. It worked but probably won’t for much longer.

We stayed at the Red Roof Inn for 1 month while looking for an apartment after my previous lease had ended and I couldn't be more appreciative of the staff, housekeepers, and manager Johnny who were accommodating, flexible, and tended to our needs.

The only issue with the room was the occasional cockroach but the staff stopped by to spray our room 4 days at the beginning of our stay while housekeepers cleaned top to bottom to ensure no other critters, which there were none.

This red roof is split into long-term stays and short stays and I believe the long-term stay side/units were very well kept, no lingering smoking smell in the room, and the rooms had a full size fridge/freezer alongside a microwave/kitchenette (w/ sink) area that we were able to use to cook our meals each day without any hassle.

Thank you so much to all of the staff, housekeepers, and Johnny again for making our time here easy, low-stress, and comfortable.

We came here last minute on NYE. We had an amazing price and a great, clean room. The employee was nice and got us checked in very fast so we could see the ball drop. I had a wonderful night here. THANK YOU, RED ROOF INN!!!

Very welcoming clean and comfortable. Good pillows and very quiet. I will be returning during my stay here. The towels smell very clean and sanitary. Soooooo friendly at the front desk and housekeeping does an incredible job. Very convenient to get to.

At first we had a room with nothing in it but the front desk lady ekta was super sweet and super fast to accommodate us and switch rooms and even check in to make sure we were satisfied with our stay! Appreciative of the fast service we got that turned our stay around for the better!

I booked a quick stay in December 21, 2024, I got into my room, it smelled like cigarettes, went to open my fridge a cockroach came out, And it was climbing up the walls and I have pictures and there were baby ones climbing on the floor, The mattresses were disgusting. I went to the front desk to get a refund and they sent me to the hotel across the road Claiming they were brand new, They are not, That hotel two had cockroaches and smelt absolutely disgusting, The woman at the front desk at the red roof and told me I could get a refund and then I was denied my refund. Absolutely disgusting don’t stay here

Shabby hotel with shabby services. Beds are dirty the minute you walk in, walls are damaged, blankets are ripped, vents, droors, coffeemakers, and air conditioners are filthy, window curtains are see three and dirty as well, bathroom faucet is often loose and hard to keep in place. And to top it all off, you will be accused of causing damage to SOMETHING that was already damaged in the first place, and forced to pay $100 to $200 based on how many rooms you paid for. Do NOT stay here unless you absolutely need to. If you do stay here, take photos and videos of the room the minute you enter!
