Arrived on Saturday afternoon before the normal check-in time, but I was still able to get in my room. Since the room is non-refundable, the woman at the desk let me see the room first. The room was very clean and has all the basics. You will have to provide your own pots, pans, utensils, dishware, etc. You get a bar of hand soap, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels and a bath mat. They don't change these out, so you’ll be responsible for washing them. I was told my room would have the sheets changed and floor mopped once a week, on Monday. They never provided this service, and I was gone for most of the hours the office was open. Other than this, the place served its purpose for my trip to Decatur.

To start off the room I got and the rooms I saw online and thought I paid for are NOT the same. The room is dark, hasn’t been cleaned in detail or dusted a long time before I got here. There’s other problems like the water pressure being the worst I’ve ever felt but I can get over that. I can not get over the room. I booked it for a month so I’m very disappointed and upset every time I walk in this room. I feel bamboozled for $1800

Kitchenette, spacious rooms, locked all night entrances. Very happy with room. The only issue was checking out. No one is available on Sunday. I was told there was no check out on Sunday but they made me check out. I wanted the room foe 1 more week. They said nobody there to help me.

My kids and I stay here have been pleasant & I couldn’t have chose a better temporary place to stay . Mrs Shelia, Amber , & Mrs Curly are all sweet and caring. Being able to be somewhere that’s safe , quiet , & comfortable is always a plus ! I would like to thank all of InTown Suites family for making my kids and I stay pleasant and very welcoming.

My partner and I used to stay at the stay lodge in Decatur and we eventually moved here until we could get back on our feet. The staff are so amazing and went above and beyond for us. I am so thankful for all of the hard work they put in. This place has an amazing pool and you meet so many kind people in the hangout area outside. People hold the door open for you here. They're remodeling a lot of the rooms. We did have to move rooms twice due to something needing a repair but, that is okay. They repaired our AC when it broke during hot months and for that I am so grateful. One time we got locked out of our room because the lock itself had just completely broken and they stayed after hours until it was fixed. We went to our new room after this as we had to move and I cried from how thankful I was. They have FULL sized fridges. When you look out the window every morning, there are cute bunnies playing in the grass. I felt safe here, and although I didn't know them for long, I am so grateful for the angels miss Sheila and miss Amber being in our lives. Miss Sheila is firm but kind and compassionate, miss Amber is funny and sweet, and I can't remember the overnight hostess's name but her and her (husband or son?) are so sweet. They even put our food into their fridge for us when we had gotten locked out of our room because we had just gotten back from a restaurant ? ? when we got our apartment they congratulated us and it was very sweet. I remember this staff often. Thank you so much for your kindness.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and that's saying a lot cause I travel for work. The bathrooms shower does not let out enough water, they don't do any room service. Don't provide bathroom paper and we have to wash our own towels. This is the first and last time I stay here!!!!!!

Thoughts

Service: Customer service from the general manager is as expected. She has a firm but fair outlook with your best interest in mind while still somehow giving You good customer service. This is an extended-stay hotel. Dealing with different personalities, traits, habits, etc can be very overwhelming when you mix in weeks and months from one individual let alone over two to three dozen at a time.
Unless it changes drastically there is no need to update you guys on this. I read the reviews and I know it's different for everyone. So, I am giving it from my perspective and my husband’s, which is two points of view. He definitely has his favorite among the entire staff to go to about our stay and any issues. However, nothing to say that warrants a horrible review.
The entire crew seems friendly and I agree with others about feeling comfortable here.

Rooms: They keep them clean. The room I am in is very clean and nice.

Location: Perfect for shopping. Restaurants are plentiful.

Return: Yes, I would definitely return if I had to do an extended stay.

Price: Very reasonable and affordable.
