Needed some assistance this morning, so I went to the front desk because my shower head started spraying at the attachment point and made a mess in the bathroom and the manager told me I can take care of it myself and I can ask for extra towels. she had 0 sympathy and honestly really does not belong in the hospitality business at all. Maybe try being a process server they don't need to be polite to people. room was was motel 6 quality at best with probably worse customer server.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My toilet kept flushing overnight, so I called maintenance around 9 AM. By 11:30 AM, after not hearing back, I called again, and someone arrived quickly to "fix" the issue. We spoke briefly with the repairman, then left him to do his work.

When we returned to our room, I immediately heard running water. The bathroom is right by the entrance, and I noticed water about to spill into the main area. I called the front desk to report it and offered to shut off the water, but they told me not to.

Unfortunately, I had a luxury bag on the floor containing my dinner clothes and medication, which was now soaked with toilet water. The hotel promptly replaced my bag, which I appreciated, and told me to purchase my medication out of pocket for reimbursement.

However, after submitting my receipt, I received no response for days. Before checking out, I went to the front desk and politely asked what to expect regarding reimbursement. They told me to return later when a different manager was on duty. When I did, I was informed that because they replaced my bag, they would not cover my medication. I was then told to leave and speak with security.

When I met with security, they called the office, where I was falsely accused of threatening staff (while I was literally just sitting, drinking coffee, and speaking calmly). They also claimed that I had stuffed the toilet with objects, causing the flooding—something no one had ever mentioned to me before.

They did not want to see the video of the toilet spraying water from the back, which I later had a plumber review. The plumber confirmed that this type of malfunction does not happen from "jamming" the toilet. Despite this, I was still forced to spend $700 out of pocket on a new EpiPen due to their negligence.

Sadly, I can't post videos here, but I’m happy to share them if needed. This entire process was frustrating, with miscommunication and blame-shifting instead of real customer service. I’ve stayed here many times because of the convenience for gambling, and while customer service has always been mediocre, this was by far the worst experience I've had. It was impossible to relax and enjoy my stay due to the unnecessary stress they caused.

The room & view were a welcoed sight by bed time.
We decided to go a night before a Michael Jackson event so we could get good seats & maintain good parking. I reserved a Magic show with a comic(dinner, too). We ended up going to a drag show later (not for my taste) in the evening. Gambled & won during this March madness season! A very crazy hit! Did the cool pool & also sat outside by a fire pit.

The room was very nice, however Sky Tower is much nicer. We had a free room so I feel I cannot complain. There were two rooms in Sky for $39 and $49. I usually pay $500. I wish I had paid the few dollars and stayed with Sky. I had a friend up from FL and we got breakfast in paper bags. In Sky you get a beautiful linen covered table and your coffee comes in a pot. Breakfast is on plates and not in paper bags. Just personal preference and the beds are nicer in Sky.

A bit of a walk from the lobby to the rooms but Mohegan still one of the best out and staff always goes above and beyond. Just wish more places were open for food late on Sundays

Nice decor clean room fast and reliable staff
Just a teenage sleepover with four girls and they felt safe as the explored the hotel and various stores

My husband and I came up to a CT Sun game.. they Won 🙌🏾 🎉 against the Sky and decided to stay a couple nights. Rooms are nice, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There is a safe, wifi, a refrigerator, but unfortunately, there is no microwave. Yes.. I would recommend it, and I will stay again.

We were going to a concert and the prices increased for a room about 500 for one night to over 700. Mediocre rooms and what a serious rip off.
