This hotel is undergoing renovations as of July 2021. That being said, it was very quiet which I did not expect. Most hotels having work done are usually loud at some point in the day. Our room did not have any artwork on the walls and you could see where they had been patching holes. Sheets/towels were fresh and clean. Our bath tub and toilet had recently been replaced and we’re in good working order. The staff were friendly and accommodating - they even offered a great to-go breakfast bag. |The gym was not available at this location currently. |Not quite what I expect for a Beaumont hotel. Busted locks on the doors and damaged walls. Overall it was a fine stay and look forward to staying here again after renovations have been completed.

It was a decent hotel, nice staff, reliable housekeeping.

Just be aware: they are renovating. Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work, so pack a power strip. They also couldn’t offer a hot breakfast. They gave us a muffin, fruit cup, and water in a bag.

They are upgrading the hotel and are doing a good job. The overall cleanliness was good, the rooms were clean, bathroom remodeled and clean, mattresses are soft, hallway rugs need to be replaced but overall for a quick stay and the price it was good. I like dogs but I'd rather be on another floor from someone else's dog. Keep upgrading and it will be a very nice hotel for a quick stay.

My overall stay here was very nice....From the time I checked in, until the time I checked out!!! The front desk staff was very friendly and polite and my room actually exceeded what I expected! I actually arrived quite a few hours before check-In and they were very accommodating! They worked quickly to get a room ready for me and I was able to get my room rite away!! Breakfast began on time and was good. The hotel was quiet and nice and clean. Don't let the outside fool ya....it's actually quite nice!!!

The staff was friendly. That's the only positive thing I could say. The pictures were clearly taken years ago because this hotel has seen better days. We stayed on the 3rd floor...... You can feel the floor moving when you walk. Like scary! When was the last time this place was inspected. The floor was so bad that it felt like walking through a fun house and made you motion sick. The room was on the warm side. The curtains aren't made to close so you have outside light streaming in. If I wasn't so exhausted I probably would have left and stayed else where. Sad face.

They are coping with the virus in a very professional manner. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed and towels are all very clean. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, AC and Heat and coffee maker and blow dryer and an iron and ironing board. The pool looks very beautiful although right now it's a little early in the season for it to be open.

Don’t stay here! Dirty and completely inadequate service. Didn’t have a choice because hotel was picked by the tournament we were attending for our team. First room was not cleaned and we found a dead bug in the bed! Moved to another room and the smell was awful there. Staff was apathetic and GM was MIA. We would have immediately changed hotels, but everything was booked due to the tournament. Apparently they’ve been renovating since last year, but that’s certainly no excuse for dirty rooms and bad service. We didn’t have enough towels, and the front desk told us to throw the dirty ones in the hall to be picked up and washed because there weren’t any clean ones. What a joke! Much like the glowing, fake reviews on here. Don’t be fooled and waste your money. Awful!!

Bed bugs! Literally disgusting!!!!! We are here for a horse show and checked in early, floor was disgusting, I don’t think it has ever been shampooed, dirty walls, dirty lampshade, smelled like cigarettes sooo bad, pulled down the covers to find bed bugs. They re did their entire lobby and neglected to invest in their customers rooms. The lobby is supposed to set the tone for what you are going to sleep! Let’s not forget to mention the lock on the hotel door was broken so we couldn’t even lock the door. I have 2 kids. I can’t afford to jeopardize their safety. Never will stay here again!
