The hotel left much to be desired. The room was unclean, and the bed sheets were never changed during my stay. The amenities were lackluster, and the service felt indifferent. It’s a place that certainly won't be seeing me again.

Platinum members passing thru. Greeted with a smile, our stay was clean, quiet although a bit pricey. But what isn’t these days? Management however, should include the hotel amenity fee upfront on the HIE app. Burying it in the fine print appears deceptive.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times on our way to and home from Florida. It is so clean, close to many restaurants and shops, Just a few minutes off the interstate. Everyone that works here has always been so nice and the breakfast is always quite good as well, especially the cinnamon rolls.

The room was nice, about the size I expected, clean and well stocked with the usual amenities. The pool heater wasn't working right, but they allowed us to use it anyway. The water wasn't that cold, and didn't take long to get used to it, so the kids had a blast. My biggest issue was with the desk personnel. No matter how many times we let the phone ring, trying to make our reservations over the phone, no one answered. I left some items in the room and am trying to find out if they are at the desk in lost & found, but no one ever answers the phone. This hotel isn't in a busy location, the folks at the desk during our stay were reading books or playing on their phones every time I happened to walk through the lobby, so why can't they pick up the blasted phone?

Hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioner unit made a racket all night. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard for IHG and met expectations. Spent one night to break up a long road trip

1. No lightbulbs in the light
2. Can't drain tub, knob comes off stopper when trying
3. Toliet lid and seat are pee stained orange and brown, looks super gross
4. Asked for a crib. Got a crib. With a king sized sheet to wrap around the mattress instead of a fitted sheet so couldn't use crib
5. Fire alarm went off early in the morning in the whole building
6. Blood stains on the bed sheets
7. Fridge is probably running around 70°f
8. Crap tv channels. No channels for babies
9. Floor is sticky like there is still mopping solution on it

Hubby's a member. We stay at many Holiday inn expresses and this is one of the worst rooms we've ever had.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Had a couple lady bug friends in my room, which was weird.... But the front counter assured me they are good luck. Ha! Room was modern, clean, and staff were friendly. Would stay again.
