We had family business in Niantic. Had not stayed at any other hotels in the area. Booked this one and glad we did. Hotel is six months old and very modern design. Excellent value for the money. Bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. Room comes with microwave, coffee maker and large frig. Bathroom was spotless. Easy check in and check out. Close to several restaurants and food stores and close to Interstate highway. Can't go wrong staying here.

This hotel is very un-assuming from the outside but absolutely lovely on the inside. The lobby was decorated beautifully and the room was immaculate. This hotel was recently refurbished with high end details like glassed in showers and comfy beds. No icky shower curtains or gross carpet here. Definitely not what I normally associate with the Best Western brand or a dog friendly spot! I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon. A 4/5 star hotel disguised as a Best Western! Who would have thought!!

We spent 3 days at this hotel while attending a funeral in Newington, CT. It was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They provide a light breakfast that was very nice. It was easy to access. There are lots of restaurants nearby with a variety of different foods available. I felt very safe while staying here.

I stayed at the new Best Western in Niantic, and it was a great experience! The hotel feels fresh and modern, with a clean, stylish interior that stands out compared to older places. My room was super comfortable, with a cozy bed, a big TV, and handy extras like a fridge and microwave.

The location is super convenient—close to Mystic and New London, so it was easy to explore the area. The staff were really friendly and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options to kickstart the day.

Since it’s brand new, everything feels fresh and well taken care of. Honestly, it’s a great pick if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, comfortable bed, love the walk-in shower. No counter space in or outside the bathroom, only one chair (a desk chair on wheels), no couch, no carpeting, Direct TV with minimal channels. Great little hole-in-the-wall cafe down the road next to the CitCo gas station for breakfast or the Starbucks next door. Don't bother with the hotel continental breakfast unless in a hurry.

Newer, nice place. Great employees. Best water flow in the sink I've ever seen, and not too shabby in the shower either. On the downside, smallest bathroom counter I've experienced. Talk softly if you don't want your conversation heard by the adjoining rooms. The bathroom vents act as an intercom and there is no insulation around the doors so as you walk down the Halls you can hear everything being said in each room.

Hotel was recently renovated and very modern. Staff very progressional. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. The bed was very comfortable. Great body products in shower. Room was very clean. It was quiet during night. Great value for cost. I got gift bag on arrival. Close to Coast Guard Academy.

Loved it - clean, bright, well layed out. Desk staff were friendly and gracious. Our room was great - the rooms have pergo type floors so they are very clean - no stains or lint that you get from carpets. Also great for travelers with pets - easy clean up if fluffy has a nervous accident. The linens on the bed are bright and fluffy - better than my house. Loved the thermostat on the wall - easy to set room temperature. The bath had a walk in shower with plenty of room. Very, very clean. Loved the dorm size refrigerator too. I think the rooms are sound proof cause you can't hear anything from the hallway. Nice sized TV too. They even had a clock/wireless charger next to the bed. I really loved the continental breakfast offering - waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereals, yogurt and pastries. We just fixed a plate and took it back to the room. This is a really good value for what you receive - they have a pool and fitness center too. I think we were very lucky to find this place. Lastly, it was just renovated and reopened a month before - July 2024 I think - so pay no attention to old reviews cause the hotel has been completely redone. It looks great. My pictures are from the day we arrived and we stayed for 4 nights.
