The service was great. We stayed in room 220, the actual living quarters of the room was good but the bedroom and bathroom definitely needed some attention. The bedroom had a rather musty moldy spell coming from what I figured was probably the carpet but I could be wrong. The bathroom was very clean, but definitely was in need of some maintenance. All in all though it was very quiet and in my opinion a safe place to spend the night.

The hotel is a complete dive. The pool was out of order, the fitness room was closed, the drinking fountain and the juice machine for breakfast were out of order. I wore a new pair of white socks in the room and they were black after two hours. The place is disgusting. The room was filthy. I sanitized as much as possible before touching anything. I can’t see this hotel lasting too long. The gal at the front desk from Florida was very nice and accommodating, she’s too good for this dump. Never again will we be back. Gross.

Check in GREAT, Room GREAT, Looks nice, Clean.....

No DO NOT DISTURB signs?

Then the morning comes. And the Maid for 308 and around it shows up!!!!!
Appears it doesn't matter if you need sleep, there's work to be done...
You'll be woken at 8-9 with a knock, followed by banging around in the hall and pretty sure the rooms each side got a FULL REMODEL JOB, FROM THE STUBS OUT this morning.....

This falls on owners/Leadership.....

I'd bet they have tough/long days and understand those that aren't employees of there Hotel, might need some rest....
We'll find that out in future review.

The staff who registered me was rude. I had reserved a ground floor pet friendly room but could only stay on 3rd floor with a dog. Room was stinky, the carpet felt damp and was loose. The lights in the hallway flickered. The refrigerator was missing. The room I had needs to be completely renovated!!

This place was a dive, the staff was friendly but it was fithly our room 204 had roaches as soon as we unplugged the dryer in the bathroom roaches came out of the plug in! We were able to get a refund! But it's terrible

Always my first choice when coming to the area, great stay for a decent price. Service checking in was wonderful and the room was clean. Only downfall was the air kept turning off which lead to not cooling the room well and the breakfast options were terrible. Hardee’s and Waffle House are next door which was convenient.

The staff here was kind and breakfast had good hot and cold grab and go options. But that is the best of this place. The hallways and rooms smelled musty and the carpet and walls were very worn. The room seemed clean but the lighting was harsh and the fixtures were old. Had to stay here because I'm traveling with a pet so I do appreciate they allowed pets.

Comfort inn is nasty and filthy place . Carpet is nasty and torned in room . Roaches all over the room. Toilet broken not mainted the room. Dirty and filthy ! Elavator does not work stop in the middle I was stuck inside for 3 hours oh my god! Pool shut down! It is not up to standard of choice. I checked out left the place went to days inn way batter nice and clean and renovated place. Out door pool was clean and nice at days inn.
