Wonderful clean hotel. Great for kids and families especially with the extra pull out and fridge in the rooms. Pool is great for the little ones. Great location if you're going to Mohegan Sun Casino--5-7 min drive. Also they have an amazing breakfast. Always plenty of food choices and there is enough even at the end of the "breakfast" time.

Great stay I just had. Big clean and spacious room compared to casino. Check in and out was a breeze. Everyone working there was pleasant. 5 Minutes from Mohegan.

Only suggestion, add a little bit more items to morning breakfast.

My friends (and our daughters) got connecting rooms at the Hyatt for a recent event we were going to at Mohegan Sun. The hotel/rooms were perfect! When you walk in it’s a large size living area with a divider to the beds and bathroom which made the area spacious. With the connecting room and the door open it felt even more enlarged. We enjoyed having access to the shuttle to Mohegan but after our show we did do a rideshare because the shuttle was already full to go back. But the ride share was just as easy and it’s a 5 minute drive back to the hotel. The next day we went to their continental breakfast which had a good assortment of food. We then took advantage of the indoor pool with the kids before we left. We all would book the Hyatt again!

Came here to be close to the casino, as the casino rooms for about $800 a night. Used my Hyatt Rewards Card, and was welcomed as a member right when I came in. Room was ready earlier than expected, and was given my free waters as a member. Hotel was a quick couple minutes drive from the casino. Could've used the shuttle they offered, but wanted to bring my car. Next time I probably will use the shuttle. Room was comfortable and large, with 2 Queens and a large sofa bed.

Clean, spacious room! Highly recommend staying here as it is a less than 5 min drive to Mohegan Sun and a much cheaper option than staying at the casino. Shuttle to/from the casino was also running during our stay which some may also find convenient.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place for pre-convention business. I am always satisfied with the cleanliness and service, as I've stayed there numerous times for pleasure. Check in and check out is easy and the beds are super comfortable. The room was spotless and breakfast was filling. In addition the shuttle was super convenient and punctual. This hotel is the best!

I came here a year ago had a great experience . Came back this week and I’m sad to say that they have gone downhill. The pool area is extremely dirty, everything needs to be remodeled and replaced, especially the chairs which are clearly old, and sticky… Clearly hasn’t been deeply cleaned in a while. Such a horrible smell from both pool room and gym room. Went in and immediately left.

Room itself was fine. Popcorn ceilings/walls which give the room a slightly motel feeling. And the sink is in the room rather than in the bathroom which I find odd. Also the running water was disgusting. The hot water came out milky white with an odd smell which prohibited me from showering. Not sure what is going on with their water system but it clearly needs an upgrade. It would drastically improve the overall experience, as this seemed to be the main problem throughout.

Location is great. 15 minutes from Foxwoods, 5 from Mohegan. Breakfast was nice. Pleasant area and decent options. Would appreciate maybe some bacon. I understand we’re in a recession but it’s the little things.

Will pay extra to stay at the casino next time unless in a pinch.

We stayed here because of the close proximity to Mohegan Sun casino. It is a great option for this since it’s only a 5 minute drive. We had a reservation at Mohegan Sun, but we needed to arrive one night earlier because of bad weather.
The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed breakfast the next morning. Really good coffee! We would definitely stay here again.
