So we got here at roughly 5:40 pm. Great proximity to the casino. However, not only do they not have an accessible room that i thought I reserved but the cleaners weren't done with the room! How can they not be done by this time of day? The person at the front desk said they were short staffed today. Considering the price that they get for these rooms they should be paying the employees enough to keep them. And they don't have a business center with a real computer. While I admit I don't frequently use it, it is wonderful when you do happen to need it. The room is small compared to other rooms at similar hotels but it's nice enough. The TV channel line up was refreshingly good. I would have to have a solid reason to stay here again.

Liz at the front desk is the best! She is very personable and professional. She assisted me on the phone with a concern I had prior to my arrival. Upon my arrival she was helpful with providing information. In addition the other employees were polite and provided service with smiles. My room was comfortable and very clean.

Polite front desk person. The room was nice, 90% clean. The grout/sideboards in the bathroom needed a good scrubbing but otherwise fine. Nice, clean, bright white sheets and bedspread, bed was VERY comfortable.||SUPER annoying miniature pillows, the size of couch cushions rather than pillows. I wouldn’t have minded except they only provided 3 of them instead of four for 2 people. That disrupted our sleep, and when l called for another pillow/cushion they had none available. ||“Free breakfast” is a small muffin, those little yogurts and freeze-dried coffee. The “convenience store” is a few bags of chips, a couple of sodas, candy, and Tylenol. ||We would stay there again for a night in the area. There was a big snow storm and their snow-removal in the parking lot was superb and much appreciated!

The hotel was clean and front desk was friendly and efficient. We had a room that was quite large, with two queen beds. Bathroom and room were spotless. The location was excellent if going to the casino. They have a shuttle on Friday and Saturday nights until 2:00 a.m. Would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The hotel was very close to Mohegan. The pillows are small. The front desk lady needs to be informed about the changes. She changed me an extra $22.00 which I didn't ask for. Watch your bill. I called the manager and it fixed it. The breakfast was OK. 2 of the toaster weren't working but the other food was good. I stay here twice a year and this visit needed some work.

Very basic room and very small but that was not an issue for me. I was just sleeping in it. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is typical hotel buffet breakfast. Was fine. McDonalds across the street and CVS also. Safe area. Plenty of parking. I would rate a 5 but the guy who checked me in was unfriendly and I chalked it up to he had a bad day. Overall a good value and I recommend.

Comfortable and convenient. Front desk personnel and shuttle service are very good. I stayed in the double queen studio suite. It was spacious and clean. The rooms Need an update of decor but overall, a good place to stay. It is situated close enough to Mohegan to serve as an alternative to staying at the casino hotel.

First time we stayed. The room was very clean and comfortable as hoped for. Check-in was not that great; no check-in before 3pm is fine, but they purposly didn't staff the desk until exactly 3pm, so there were 10 to 15 people all waiting process in. Not cool.
