Positive: "" Negative: The room was not clean. Windows were filthy. No hair dryer, microwave, or coffee. No smoke detector (wires in wall). Multiple patches on wall (seems to be in renovation mode?) No plastic cups for water/teeth brushing. Water is grey. Staff was fine.

Discusting.. . The towels are creepy looking with stains, crunchy and stuff
I saw a roach in bathroom
When we entered the room there was a HALF-USED toilet paper roll. . Horrifying
Cigarette burns on both comforters, mold allover wall corners and shower.
Wish I could post pictures I took. Remote doesn't work. Internet is shoty.
Room smells like stale
2 out of three lamps don't work. Weird mold on a lamp shade.. mirrors spotty.. zero landscaping there are dead leaves everywhere.
The ambiance rivals the "Overlook"hotel and the customers service.. is forgein creepy guy with additude and scolded me for misplacing my key card for electric door. And if the half used roll of tp didn't scare you.. . There was some hard clear substance on one of the pillows.. I swear to god it looks like something that rhymes with dumb. No joke

Absolutely Horrible! There was cockroaches on the floor the sheets were all dirty and my family and I heard fights and bagging loud noises come from the room! we left at 12:30am to leave and go on a 2 hour drive back home! Absolutely sucks. everyone was drugged and smoking. Do not come to this place!

Place was horrible. They charged $50 for a service dog (illegal), the rooms were filthy, no room service, outlets umcovered, one room didnt even have a shower curtain, the whole place smelled like smoke, someone tried to get into our room at 3am. The list goes on and on. Better off saving the money and sleepimg in your car before staying here

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!! I booked through hotels.com, which I have never had a bad experience with ever. We went to check in at the hotel around 3:30 pm. The first thing we noticed when walking in was that the hotel smelled terrible! Also, it looked like the gentleman behind the front desk just rolled out of bed with his pajamas and slippers on. Anyways, I provided the front desk attendant with me and my girlfriends names to check in. He said he needed a confirmation code. I gave him the confirmation email from hotels.com with the iteniary number. Also, this room was prepaid for more than a month before check-in. He said he didn't have our information and that we would have to call hotels.com. This gentleman was so rude! I called hotels.com, and they said they'd call the hotel. We walked back into the lobby and saw the gentleman was no longer at the front desk. We heard the phone ringing, which we assumed was hotels.com calling him. All of a sudden, i saw the door to the side of the desk open, and the guy that was behind the desk was pulling up his pants. I swear to god I have never anything like this in my life. He answered the phone and it was hotels.com. They provided the confirmation number, and he tried saying they didn't provide him with the information earlier enough and that HE NO LONGER HAS ANY ROOM AVAILABLE!! At that point, we walked back to our car. Hotels.com eventually called us back and said he didn't have our information and that no rooms were available. They contacted us to a hotels.com specialist in transferring to a new hotel. She said to give her a few minutes and she would be calling other hotels in the area. She called back to our surprise, saying that the hotel we heard say numerous times say they didn't have a room now actually had a room for us. Mind you, this was about 2 hours after we already tried checking in, and we had a concert we were trying to get to. We realized that this loser now had a room because hotels.com was going to take away the money from him that we already paid. At this point, we no longer wanted to stay at this hotel because of what they just put us through, and we all this free time we surfed google and realized that the hotel was GROSS and complete trash! Hotel.com review was over a 6 when it should have been O. Just some of the words we saw to describe the Rosemont Suites were dirty, stains, filthy, loud, bugs, black mold and gross. Multiple people actually stayed in their car versus the nasty hotel room. That's interesting because that's what my girlfriend mentioned we might have to do. Anyways, we ended up getting a refund that would probably take a week to get. They had to call this hotel about us getting our refund. I gotta assume he gave the refund because he was worried about me going back in there, lol! Then we ended up booked with a hotel that was more than double the price of this trash hotel. My girlfriend says you get what you pay for. We were greeted at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites with a very attentive gentleman. We were heading up to our room in probably 3 minutes. The hotel and our room were super clean. After we got back from Mohegan Sun, we were greeted by another awesome front desk attendant. Before we left the next morning we had a very good breakfast that was included with our stay. Another amazing member of the hotel staff was watching over breakfast. The La Quinta Inn saved us from what ended up being a great night because of them! PLEASE NEVER STAY AT THE ROSEMONT SUITES. THIS IS THE ADDRESS TO NEVER STAY AT!

My experience at this hotel was totallyBAD!!!! I don’t know who would want to stay at this place. I would not put my dog or my worst enemy here.!!!!! I rented three rooms from this place and both rooms were disgusted. All threerooms Had problems they all three stunk🦨 they were not clean properly. They look like people were slept in the beds before we got there. They had roaches in the bathrooms and I don’t mean the ones that we smoke and we did not bring them with us because we’re not dirty people because there was a letter in the room saying we brought animals with us we were to bring them back with us!!!! we don’t carry us….!!!!!!🪳🪳🪳 and you best believe we left those suckers right where they were… I don’t know who keeps going back-and-forth to this hotel but whoever does you’re an idiot I would never ever ever go back to this hotel. I would love to get my money refunded because it was not worth it and also there seems to be people living in that hotel also because around 3 o’clock in the morning, I was awaken by children playing like it was a playground upstairs from my room and I was not able to get any sleep and that was in my aunts room too, which she was right next-door to me no, no no not happening again!!!!!!!! bad review wish I had taken pictures or video to show that the photographs in the ad does not own up to the quality of this motel. Don’t be fooled by the photographs because I was in the reviews are definitely liars. Don’t go to this hotel.🏨 they should really close it down!!!!!

My husband and myself stayed here and found this place to be a diamond in the ruff.
The customer service was excellent and extremely helpful and polite.
The room we stayed in was 210 and a very nice clean room with a 2 comfortable queen size beds a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker with a nice table to sit at too eat or play a game of cards.
I wish the owners of this place much luck for they treat everyone with respect and kindness.

Believe me if I could do zero stars I would. This place is a mess. We ask for towels and never get them. They won’t give us new sheets. The amount of black mold building the bathrooms, around windows, ac/heating units and in the walls is disgusting. The overhead light in my room has an arch in the wiring and every time I replaced the bulb out of pocket it blew out the moment the light came on. The building manager is an absolute tyrant who literally busted my door open and I had to call the cops on him. They’re verbally abusing me and my family. They have zero hands free fire retardant systems and if you search online you’ll find they advertise a guest laundry room, pool and elevator yet being in this building since August I’ve never seen a pool or elevator. They had the laundry room until I had to call the cops for the break in then they removed them out of spite. The only kind thing I can say is that AJ and his wife are amazing people who deserve nothing but the best in life. The issues this company has are not because of his family it’s because he works for a slumlord.
