The room was alright and only alright due to ants in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but as others stated bed wasnt made or touched but we did get new towels. Other than that room was clean and pretty quiet overall, stayed from 2/14-2/16.

Nice little hotel for our weekend away. Nice and clean and friendly staff. Location was great too. Our only confussion was with the housekeeping. We would notice that they would come and clean the room (change the trash and provide new towels) but the bed was never touched. Sheets were never changed and bed wasn't made back up. We stayed for a total of 3 nights so we could tell. Not sure if this is a policy of theirs but was slightly strange to me.

Booked this hotel for the pool and realized it was an outdoor pool 30 minutes after booking. Tried to cancel but was told by the man at the fron desk that because it was a third party booking, I would have to contact the booking site. I wasted 20 minutes with the website agent only to be told that it would be at the hotel's discretion to cancel. They again, denied my request to cancel the booking. They only offered to move the booking to when the pool would be open but at a higher rate. I asked what the price difference would be and was only told the price would be "higher." I can only imagine the price difference between December and summer time, in downtown mystic would be huge. Thanks for the hospitality! This would have been a nice hotel to try out in the warmer months, as my father visits often and likes to give everything a try but we can cross this one off our list.

Stayed there for 3 nights they do have clean room since it was recently renovated. I am glad we went in on a low attendance nights if it was busier it would have been noisy we can hear other people door closing and opening.

I believed it used to be called quality inn? A few weeks ago and best western took over.

There is a gym with minimal equipment it gets the job done.

Pet friendly hotel they do charge 40 dollar per night for pet fee.

We did encounter a few problems
Second day our card for our room stopped working we had to go get it replaced twice. Access to the general worked just not the room.

Complimentary breakfast seems like they were running low or ran out of everything. Day one they ran out of orange juice. Day two they ran out of OJ and sausage patties lol (I did the person who worked there if they are going to refill the patties) they decided to look under the cabinets under the work station and responded back come back the next day. I don’t think sausage patties are stored unrefrigerated but that would open a new set of questions.

All in all I would not come back

I was pleased with this motel. The room was clean, my mom liked it which was important, I wanted her to feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast was good in my opinion, the staff was friendly, for me the bed was very firm, not what I am used to but my mom liked it fine

I stayed here 3 nights the end of September As a Best Western now this hotel still needs sprucing up inside and out. My room was spacious but simple decorated with paint smell . Bed was ok but noticeable spring bed. I did not like the space in the room door allowing light and anything slipped in or crawling in. Girl at front desk was accommodating and the breakast was plain on cheap paper plates.
Dirty carpeted hallways please Spruce it up walking into a hotel is the first impression your hotel needs improvement Inside and especially the outside front area. Cleaniness and attractive surroundings attract customers.

Checked in yesterday. Was not alnowledged as a rewards member. Room was clean, bathroom door hard to close. TV is smart TV with no internet access. Got in bed and decided to come home. They have the worst inner spring mattresses even I don't know how this hotel can carry the BW name. I always stay with this brand. Will never go back. They cut to many corners in their rebranding.
