We wanted to stay in the Patriot (houseboat) and arrived and was settling in when we discovered a heating issue. The boat could not warm beyond 62 degrees so we contacted the staff and they relocated us to the Mystic #2 room. The Patriot is an awesome place to stay and we will be back to experience it when it is in full service. Deb was great, despite having the heating issue she quickly upgraded us to a spectacular room.

Super close to town, quiet and feet from the water this place is awesome.

We stayed on the houseboat “The Patriot” for our anniversary weekend and it was truly an exceptional experience! Surrounded by floor to ceiling glass on all sides, the interior features a modern, cozy and sophisticated Scandinavian design. Strategically placed shades and lightweight curtains allow for privacy and creating just the right scenery and atmosphere. The views are spectacular! We were blessed with clear blue skies, beautiful sunsets, moon and sunrises. We imagine that a rainy weekend with a good book in hand would lend itself equally well to an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. The boat is well equipped with everything guests need for a pleasant stay. Both air conditioning and heating work well and ensure a comfortable environment. The small but practical kitchenette is not designed for cooking although it does feature a microwave. We recommend picking up takeout from Mystic Market, located a short walk up the street, or from one of the many restaurants in the area. If temperatures allow, nothing beats dining al fresco on the rooftop deck, glass of wine in hand. Truly a one of a kind experience that we can’t recommend highly enough!

We stayed on the house boat which was beautifully curated and well-appointed. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The topside bar and lounge area is a plus. Terrific host who thought of all the details making it easy to gain entrance.

We just had the most incredible stay at Harbor View Landing. We stayed in level 2 and 3 of the Mystic house for our large family get together. This property is everything we hoped it would be and was even more beautiful in person. It is absolutely pristine with every detail clearly thought through. The inside was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was incredible. Every room was gorgeous and comfortable. Outside the lawn was plush and beautiful the fire pits are ideally set up and stocked for convenience and the dock was set up with kayaks and paddle boards. Our family spent hours paddling right out front and sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather. This was the perfect place to stay to give us space to be together. I highly recommend this amazing property and the thoughtful owners and staff. This place has a piece of our hearts for the relaxing lovely memories we made there.

Love this place! We booked The Cove cottage for a getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and couldn’t have been happier. The Cove is probably the smallest accommodation at the resort, and perfect for a couple. The cottage had a beautiful view of the harbor, an extremely comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, a Nespresso, a complimentary bottle of wine, and even binoculars to enjoy the view! It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The grounds themselves were lovely, with three fire pit patios, great views, and extras such as bikes and kayaks available to the guests. The resort is very close to downtown Mystic, with wonderful restaurants and excursion opportunities. We will definitely return!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Patriot and it was beyond our expectations! Beautiful views of the water from every part of the boat. Every door opens so you can let in the calming breeze. There’s a kitchen area with an espresso maker. It was walking distance to downtown Mystic. Staying here was a great way to relax and unwind. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Everything about Harbor View Landing is so beautiful and thought out. The amenities and attention to detail made the whole experience so enjoyable. They do an amazing job maintaining the grounds as well. Right from the beginning Deb was extremely kind and helpful with answering all of my questions. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We had a beautiful night at Harbor View Landing for my birthday. The room was amazing. Clean and cute and came complete with a complimentary bottle of wine. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with snacks we’d brought and the perfect view of the water and a thousand boats in the harbor. The only complaint I have is that there was an air freshener that was so strong I woke up choking. I was able to find it in the other room and unplug it so I could go back to sleep. However, when I reached out to the owners about it, I got no reply. That was fairly disappointing. If you stay here, I’d recommend unplugging the air freshener upon arrival.
