We stayed at the home of two of the most delightful people you could ever meet. The room was simple but spacious and clean. The pillow cases were the softest ones that my wife has experienced and Alicia the owner shared many of her house keeping and cooking secrets. Hansel is one of the most charming gentlemen that I have ever met. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and we were torn at having to leave the table after spending time chatting to this wonderful couple. Would not hesitate to return.

This was a special find for our family. Alicia & Hansel were wonderful hosts, and fantastic people. We stayed there with our two kids, 11 & 13 years old for two nights. The bedroom was set up great for the family, our bed was super comfortable, the room was small for 4 people, but we had room enough for everything. Breakfast was wonderful, both the food and the stories from Hansel. I grew up in the area and only wish I had met this charming couple when I lived there!

Not wanting to waste a weekend of great weather, we decided to explore an area of CT we had never been to and were looking for a modest B&B for a one night stay. Online, we passed over several, much pricier, options before settling on 7C. For my wife and I, part of what we value when staying at a B&B is getting to meet the owners and learning much more about the area through personal experience. As the other reviews here will attest, Hansel & Alicia proved to be gracious hosts with abundant stories to share.||||We stayed in "Breeze", one of two rooms offered. Single queen bed, private bathroom, clean hot shower. The room was probably smaller than average, but clean and more than comfortable for a couple. Off the main road, the room was quiet and a good night's sleep was had. Alicia went out of her way to accommodate food preferences and we enjoyed her and Hansel's company while we ate. Only regret might be that we didn't make more effort to check out the property itself...next time!

The hosts, the stories they can share. My 5 yr old had fun exploring the kids room and the expanse of land around. Even my 15 yr old nephew couldn't help but be fascinated with the life of Alicia and Hansel, the hosts while he ate his breakfast in kitchen. My friend, an avid gardener, travelling with us enjoyed the tour of Alicia's yard with various plants. ||||The rooms are clean, comfortable & spacious for a family. I would recommend staying there just to meet two remarkable human being

7C Herb Garden has a beautifully decorated room, in a very cozy house. The shower is great and hot, and room is cute and warm. I have to eat gluten free, and Alicia prepared delicious home fries to go with my scrambled eggs in the morning. Breakfast was very amusing, and we got a chance to talk to Alicia and Hansel, who are just great people. Staying there got us a fantastic letter opener as a gift.||I cannot recommend this place more!

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We were in the area for a wedding and the local hotel was outside of our budget. The room was clean and rustic with wood floors (we were expecting carpeted!). The proprietors Hansel and Alicia were very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast. Hansel is also a woodworker and we left with a carved letter opener as a gift. It was a memorable stay!

This is a charming Bed and Breakfast in the hills of Connecticut, out side of Litchfield. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom next door. Breakfast of eggs, ham, fruit, coffee included and delicious. A little tricky to find and no TV but they have Wi-fi. I stayed there because i visited the Bellamy Ferriday House in Bethlehem, a 30 minute ride.

We stayed two nights here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our host Alicia was very welcoming and enjoyed telling us all about her wonderful family. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were simple but very comfortable and the price for that area was unbeatable.
