The receptionist was as helpful as can be, but that was the best this place had to offer. In the first room, I was given a card to smelled of old ash trays (in a non-smoking room). The room next door was the only other room available downstairs and thankfully it didn't smell of cigarette smoke, but the room itself was NASTY! Holes in the comfortor, the ceiling had extensive water damage, the tub faucet was leaking, the shower curtain rod swayed all over since only one screw on each side barely held it together, and I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. This was an EXTREME disappointment for the price range I am used to paying for a CLEAN room and a comfortable bed.

Not the best hotel. Not clean at all, the floors were dirty , dirt on corners. The bed sheets had mold stains on them, and cigarettes burns .the walls had stains , dirt. Not worth the $100 I paid. The room was non smoking, and the room smelled terrible. The sheets had cigarettes burns . people that stay there are outside and keep looking at you makes you feel uncomfortable specially since I was traveling with my two kids. At 6am the Nextdoor neighbor was watching TV at full blast and at 8am the other neighbor was outside yelling at her child. Door was disgusting and it had a huge gap. AC was cooling but not like it was suppose too.

Clerk was very nice and check-in was smooth. We got 2 rooms and I should have asked to see them first. The tubs looked like they needed to be cleaned so I went back down to the desk and asked for cleaner and a rag. Wiped off all the surfaces, cleaned grime off the doors, etc. I took a swipe across the floor with the rag and it was black with dirt. How hard is it to mop a floor between guests? Our teens who had their own room next to us went to Walmart and got mattress covers and cleaning wipes because they didn't want to sleep directly on the bed, so the savings on this room wasn't worth it. There was hair and dead bugs under the top mattress. Continental breakfast was processed carbs and rotten fruit, no eggs or meat. It was in a nice, safe location. There were people living there who sat outside most of the night but they weren't so loud that we couldn't sleep. The beds were actually comfortable. We would not stay here again.

Worst hotel!! We have stayed here in the past and it was ok. It has gone down bad. Checking out we had our rooms checked in order to get our $100 deposit back. Said everything was good, have us the $100 cash back and we got in our cars and we're about to pull out as the manager comes running out. Hotel Manager accused me and my Boyfriend of taking a ONE TOP SHEET from one of the hotel beds. They searched both of our cars and the room and we didn't have it (of course) and says we either have to pay for the sheet of they will file a police report. And I said file the report because we didn't take it. Police get there, search our cars while they are laughing about how stupid this situation is. The police talked to the manager and they trespassed us from the property. The police said they were being petty and trying to keep our deposit money. ALSO: I took pictures of everything in the room. I wish I could post how horrible the room was itself! Leaking sink, the bathtub looked like it needs to be bleached, bathroom door had holes in it like it was hit a few times, under the sink the wall was black and dirty like mold or something, inside of the microwave was rusy. The room smelled musty, but it wasn't anything we couldn't ignore. No bedbugs but the sheets and mattress had stains. Please avoid

Rooms were horrid!
Door looked like it had been kicked in multiple time. Online showed king rooms available but I was told repeatedly that they were not available even though I showed the. One could be booked.
If your in need of a hotel DONT STAY HERE! Check in was about ad nice as the front desk service because I took her away from her phone.
And yes that was a toenail on the bed. This place needs to be shut down

Staying here for work.. rooms are way overpriced for how dirty and not well taken care of this place is.. 617 a week for workers and you get stained mattresses with stained sheets and pillows and bed bugs with dirty floors and walls

Positive: Had a bed, and an AC that alnost worked Negative: First room had deadbolt snapped off, frame was damaged and allowed light in along with heat. Door was dented on inside. Second room which replaced had damaged desk, and the sink was propped up with boards. AC was weak and on last leg. Pool proteusions

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Maybe the worst.|The Pros:|Friendly, helpful staff.|Close to shopping and restaurants.|Decent continental breakfast choices and good coffee.|The Cons:|A dated hotel well past its prime.|The exhaust fan in our bathroom was literally hanging from the ceiling.|The bathroom sink was cracked and in poor repair.|Our duvet cover was ragged and full of holes.|The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Had we not been exhausted, it would have been untenable.|People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot.|Slipshod room cleaning with little attention to detail.|Towels and washcloths so old that even when clean, they look dirty.|All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for any reason, in fact, it is a property to be avoided. Had we not experienced a problem with our reservation at another hotel, we would not have considered this hotel. For us, it is a one and done. We will never stay here again.
