Stopped by this restaurant tonight and we took the window seat. We ordered some pan-fried gyoza, which were very delicious! From the thin dumpling wrapper to the really fresh and light pork filling to the beautiful crisp on the bottom and that really excellent dipping sauce (a little spicy, perfectly balanced), we would definitely order again! And the seasoned edamame were steamed perfectly with this amazing soy garlic sauce!!

Then we ordered our entrees: a bowl of creamy curry shrimp ramen whose noodles were perfectly cooked, with a savory, creamy and lightly nutty broth AND few classic rolls which were freshly made. We particularly enjoyed the springtime and evergreen rolls (the shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy) and the sauces balanced the dish as well.

While this restaurant is tucked off the main road, please do yourself a favor and stop by!

Had lunch here today with my daughter and we will definitely be back...we had pan fried pork goyza...a spicy girl roll and a shrimp tempura roll all were so delicious fish was so fresh and then it was a chilly day so we were in need of ramen so we both ordered the spicy pork ramen which WAS incredibly delicious the spices were so perfect ...cant wait to go back...and Lydia WAS so welcoming and extremely nice 😊

I cannot comment on the service or the atmosphere as we had our dinner delivered, but it was excellent, truly. I love all Japanese food and this definitely rates as one of the very best in town. And their soups are out of this world… Highly recommend.

I love this spot! It's my favorite sushi place in the area when I'm at my office and need lunch or dinner. The fried oysters are out of this world, especially with the combination eel sauce/spicy mayo it comes with. There are two nice booths that flank the door if you prefer booth seating. Staff is friendly, especially once you become a regular. 😊 They also have a new rewards program for people who frequently order. Prices are fair to average for a sushi place. They have a great variety of sushi rolls and appetizers. Definitely check out this location! ✨🍣

Good food and super friendly waitress. They also cut a cake for us for someone’s birthday which was so nice! The sushi was super yummy. It was fresh and the flavors were good. I got the spicy sushi roll platter which wasn’t too spicy which I liked. The soups and noodles were also pretty good.

I ordered 2 sushi rolls with shrimp tempura, miso soup, and an order of shrimp fried rice. The miso soup was lovely. The sushi was warm, which is crazy because the restaurant is only a few minutes from where I had my order delivered. It did not taste fresh at all which was concerning. The avocado inside one of the rolls was brown and had the round part of the top of the avocado was in the meal as well. The fried rice had tiny pieces of corn in it, which I've never seen in my life. It tasted like it came from a bag in the frozen aisle. The shrimp were huge and chewy. I had to throw it away out of fear of getting sick. Really really disappointing.

I went here back in September with my friends. I got calamari and shrimp scallion noodles. The calamari was good, but it was kinda dry. I didn’t like the noodles, it just tasted like straight onion. I want to give this place another chance, there are probably better things on their menu. Our service was good, our server was so nice! This place is small and it has a cozy feel.

Nice spicy beef noodles, perfect level of spice, delightfully surprised given how mediocre most other East Asian restaurants are in Middletown. The Dan Dan noodles were quite good, nice fried rice, the ramen had a nice thick broth.
